Our netamo home management system has been ‘frozen’ for 5 weeks now. Neither the APP of the screen respond. As a result we are locked into winter heating schedules, light switches don’t work and frequently have cold showers. Netamo are slow to respond and come back with the same basic suggestions when they get around to it. We recently had to spend £4k to upgrade the system which is now useless. Netatmo will not communicate via phone. So we’re stuck. The Parent company LeGrand will not get involved even though the equipment is branded LeGrand

The internet provider at my second home installed a new WiFi network when changing from coax to optic fiber cable. I use the internet to know the temperatures at my second home, when I am not there. I have placed one sensor in the freezer to be warned when it fails. I was not able to connect the weather station to the new WiFi network. Netatmo Support Service sent me a program for my laptop that let me fix the problem.
Netatmo sells perfect weather stations, and our outdoor camera Presence is doing veel well in the house. But the inside camera Welcome performs under the Netatmo-level. The first Welcome had continue problems with connection at my Wifi, also after installing a cable between the Welcome and my router. Each time I had to reset the Welcome but after a few hours it disconnected at my Wifi. We sold another Welcome but the same problems occurred with the connection at Wifi. It took us many hours and we lost our faith in Netatmo. We have sent the camera's back at last.
Good access to their support team. Although only online. Very quick to respond & offer a solution or other options to resolve enquiries. Some more help could be provided to assist with devices connecting on mobiles. The netamo thermostat allows control via the mobile App, so its essential to the systems operating.
I am going to take the thermostat out of the wall. We tried contact you 2 weeks ago. You have replied to my review but not to my ticket that I emailed you. Very disappointing. Wont be using again.

Great product but the slightest issue & there is no one to talk with. A ridiculous web page that they never respond to. I need 3 cameras unlocking after I changed my WiFi. Can’t get a response. Shambles - happy to take your money but no idea how to deliver after care. Sort yourselves out Netatmo

I’ve had two Netatmo thermostats and they’ve both broken. The display has completely stopped working on the second one now. But this isn’t the problem. The problem is that the app doesn't function properly since the last update. They took an app that worked perfectly well and changed it for one that doesn’t work at all. For various boring technical reasons, I had to buy an entirely new router to make my heating work which cost me a lot of money. I then had to spend a weekend setting up the app – yes, two full days – before I finally got it to work. When I complained about it to the company they directed me to basic help pages on their website – twice – which had absolutely nothing to do with what I was complaining about. They’ve ignored all of my most recent emails despite the fact I asked them to escalate my complaint over three months ago.
The customer service is absolutely laughable. They simply don’t care about the fact that they’ve broken a perfectly good app and replaced it with something that isn’t fit for purpose. Do yourself a favour and use any other heating system than this.
*Edit* I’m not sure what they’re talking about in their reply – the Home + Control app is the one that doesn’t work properly. It’s not fit for purpose (the two stars on the App Store back me up here). I also can’t believe they’re suggesting I email them and look at a generic help article, when half of the issue was that they don’t reply to emails and when they do, they direct you to generic help articles which don’t deal with the problem at all.
I’ll reiterate what I said already – this company has some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Avoid.

I bought a house that had netatmo, making it work was a real nightmare given wifi change etc.
Support guides are lacking and when I tried contacting support for help, they were non existing, taking weeks to answer to a single email and no way to call them.
Edit: netatmo said they verified they answered. Yes, they answered, but I contacted them twice for two different issues. First time they took days, and weeks to a follow up question. Second time, they only answered after two follow ups and this review. Shocking

After some serious delays finally satisfied with the solution.
Please please please stay away from.tgis company! The hardware dies after a year or two and there's tuns of other issues. Just look up battery drain and display problems for all you need to know. If you do have a problem you'll get no help from natatmo and when I did get in touch the experience was less than pleasant. I'm on my second netatmo after a massive fight trying to get them to replace a unit that died while in warranty and the new one is dead again. They also wanted me to send back the dead unit at my expense and threatened to end my service id I did not. Avoid at all costs.

My outdoor module died for the second time in a few years. After a week, my indoor module started showing all information at maximum levels. I tried troubleshooting it for several days, but it was useless.
I do not recommend products from companies that have good ideas but poor execution.
The support: After giving me a bunch of instructions, support simply told me to buy a new one, even though the price of these modules is quite high. definelty will not buy any more - garbage
Not everything that shines is gold.
I prefer using Mi products — if they fail(still not after long years), I can simply buy a new one.
Shame on your service and quality.

The new application doesn’t work if you have no internet. Nor does the heating.
This is a catastrophic failure of design.
We discovered how poor the design of the system is when our internet failed in the storm.
You cannot control the heating despite the fact that the link between the smart valves and the heating system are a proprietary link.
The link to smart valves is poor. In our property there is often one or more valves that show an error. This comes and goes without any rhyme or reason.

I bought a Rain Gauge on the 25th June 2023.
The gauge has now stopped working, it is connected to my weather station correctly but the green light is not consistently detecting the magnet on the tippler, and thus the readings are inaccurate.
Given that the cost of the gauge was ££69.99 I would have expected it to work for more than 2 1/2 Years!
I would not advise people to by this product given the above.

products do not last: thermostat display fails after 5 years, smart radiator valves fail after 2-3 years, rain gauge fails after 3 years, etc. Customer support offered discount for replacement of the thermostat and then withdrew the discount saying "the product was already discounted in their shop". I would not buy this brand again.

After my initial contact with the customer service team, I experienced a very long delay before receiving any follow-up. This lack of timely communication has been frustrating and has made me question the reliability of their support. Prompt and consistent responses are essential for customer trust, and I hope the company addresses this issue to improve the overall experience. I am still waiting for a solution. Ticket 3411179.
