Just Horrendous
Just Horrendous! Day One: Opened account, then tried to withdraw a portion of my holdings to an external digital wallet, they cancelled my withdrawal, then shut my account 2 hours later. Good thing I was home and I was able to sell my BTC and ETH, then transfer them back to my bank account. But their app wouldn't let me sell the 3rd crypto. So my account is still closed and I can't get MY money back. They opened it after numerous emails but their app still won't let me sell my crypto so I can get MY money out of their lousy app. Their phone agents are rude and their email staff just can't to seem to grasp the problem. I did everything legally and above board and they won't let me get my money out of their exchange. My next step is reporting them to all of the relevant authorities, including but not limited to, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and FINTRAC. Horrible experience, horrible exchange - I've let quite a few traders know about my bad experience with Netcoins

Avoid this exchange if you value your money
I’ve been using this platform for almost 5 years with no issues, until the moment came to transfer my coins to a different wallet. They locked me out of my account and proceeded to give me the run around for 7 days. No explanation except I was flagged by their compliance team. A complete joke of an exchange. After several emails they finally unlocked my account for 5 years to let me transfer my funds out.
Something sketchy is happening with this exchange. Avoid the hassle and terrible customer service/experience.

Scammers!
My father has had an account since 2021. He lost access to the account and they now tell him he was scammed and someone else withdrew his money and they have closed his account. Netcoins are the scammers! We are pursuing this further. Liyam pretended to be caring and provide help but they were just trying to get us off the phone. Be careful.

Netcoin stay away
I was a member from Nov 2022 , I have not used it because the withdrawal fees for Crypto are 10 dollars , no matter the amount you withdraw. Other Crypt exchanges like Newton charges 0.5 percent of the withdraw .
Anyway I wanted to give them a try again . And I deposited 1000 dollars, they took my money and I was able to buy USDC , when I tried to withdraw them to another wallet , they blocked my account. Put me through the validation process again ,and when I complained that the process was taking too long , they said I did not passed their validation method giving no explanation , and saying that they will close my account in hours.
I was not able to make any transactions , until I complained again about that . They took all the fees and I ended up paying like 30 dollars for nothing .
They are a scam , put your money in better crypto traders like Newton, where I buy and withdraw thousands in crpyto without problem.
You are warned!!!!!

We set up our netcoins account And got a call from one of their reps to verify. We had to move all of our assets from Caleb and Brown as they will not longer serve Canada. Today we are locked out of our netcoins account stating we are no longer able to use it with zero explanations as to why they closed it? We have not even done any transactions yet. You call they say no details can be given! Seems fishy??? WTH???
