I don't appreciate being FORCED to use 2 factor authentication... additionally the new layout is terrible, charts are awful, can't see a 1 year or all time chart. No referral bonus, I like nothing about netcoins now!

Netcoins is a great platform and customer satisfaction is a priority here

I picked up my new phone last Sunday and of course my Authenticator was gone. I emailed Customer service and received back an email from gentleman that was a little condescending. Yes, it was my fault that I didn't write down the code and put it somewhere for access. 100% my fault. I sent a number of emails that went unanswered so called on Thursday and spoke with Jesse. I explained to her what happened and she rest my account and sent me instructions!

Long story short, I'm again good to go!

Hello they are great to work with and when I has some security issues they got into dealing with the compromise in minuets to deal with the issue

stupidest trading platform ever charges stupid amounts for transaction fees (0.04 solana $14.96 at the time of writing this) and then just sits there processing for a hour, well in that hour i missed my shot at a great investment. Still haven't released the SOL. Its a joke dont use them.

They are always willing to help and fix issues very quickly. Their platform is very easy to use also.

I had some questions about how to use Netcoins and crypto in general. Justin, one of the support representatives helped me immensely with answering my questions and steering me in thr right direction. I'd highly recommend this platform to anyone as the fees are pretty low and the service is fantastic!

The service I have received from the staff of Netcoins is second to none. This is such a superb Canadian crypto company, the staff has a lot of patience with me every time I call or email to them. Their response is so quick unlike the other big one which I have dealt with. You can also get a master card with Netcoins which is a great plus. Netcoins deserves a five-star!

What struck me the most was the complete lack of accountability. Despite the poor service, lack of transparency, and constant issues I faced, the firm never acknowledged any responsibility. There was no attempt to resolve the situation or offer compensation for the losses I incurred. It seems that they are more focused on taking in clients than on providing a trustworthy service. Learn from summus boom. If you're looking for a firm that values customer satisfaction, this is not it.
