i reserved a night ferry from…
i reserved a night ferry from ouistreham to portsmouth and back.
Both ferrys got canceld and had to reschedudule for cheaper crossing from differant port . This caused a lot of inconvenience and no refound for the differance in price.

We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the cancellations and the need to reschedule your trip. Unfortunately, refund policies (including any price difference between crossings) do not depend on us, but are governed by the ferry company’s Terms & Conditions.
When the ferry company communicates a route and/or schedule change, customers are informed that there are two options:
Accept the proposed change (route and/or time), which means waiving the right to a refund, or, if you wish to receive a refund, you must reject the change and cancel the booking.

AVOID THEM LIKE PLAGUE
I have purchased my return tickets and also bought the cover for REFUND GUARANTEED> Unfortunately due to medical reasons I cannot travel. I have asked fo the refund and cancelation. they are refusing to refund despite the fact that I gave them a copy of my appointment letter. They want me to go back to my GP and ask for a letter of the diagnosis. This is unacceptable. Why did they charge me for Refund Guarnateed if they are refusing to refund. DO NOT USE THEM. their practices are appalling and do not keep their promises. Book directly with the ferry company.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unable to travel for medical reasons. However, as clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions of the Travel Guard, providing proof of a medical appointment alone is not sufficient to obtain a refund. To process the request, we must receive medical documentation that certifies the diagnosis and confirms that the medical condition is such that it prevents you from travelling and using the tickets.
This is why our team asked for a certificate/letter from your doctor including the diagnosis (or equivalent medical proof), so we can assess the claim according to the policy conditions.

The confirmation email and attachment is not the ticket. This must be taken to the ticket office in order to obtain the actual tickets for the journey.
The options of catamarans were very clear in terms of timings. The website presentation was unusually clear to use.
