NOT HAPPY! Been sold a brand new faulty appliance (coffee machine) brought as a Xmas present AND no refund or replacement coffee machine! Zero communication only that it’s been sent to the supplier as per guarantee… 5 weeks later and NOTHING!!! Don’t recommend at all!!
Everything went wrong here. Our product was faulty and clearly either on display or used as there were several finger marks and not properly packaged. The staff was also misleading and tried to make us buy the much more expensive product claiming they had none of our chose product, which we later found they did. Not a good expirience
