Buying Single Client VPN software
I got the electronic delivery on the next business day, and what makes this really noteworthy, is that I am still waiting for the same software from another vendor I ordered days before (weeks) on Amazon. So, I am very happy, as I can now work. No muss, no fuss.

Small Business Done Right
I had a question before I purchased a $1,500 switch. I sent an email and got a reply a few minutes later. After a few back and forth emails, he gave me a phone call and we talked on the phone for about 30 minutes to discuss a few things. After getting off the phone, my questions were all answered and I ordered the switch right away. 4 business days later, I got the switch in the mail. Switch was perfect, sealed, and NIB as reported. So, not only did I get exactly what I ordered quickly and for the right price but also with fantastic customer service. I will be buying another switch in 6 months from these guys.
