A super job from start to finish. Jimmy was super professional in the installation and went through absolutely everything with me during and after the install. Neat and tidy finish. Shout out to Dillyn in sales and Sean who scheduled the install who where extremely helpful too.

I had not realised that when my WiFi was upgraded very recently it would affect my alarm. However, when I contacted Chau he was able to solve the problem remotely while I was on the phone and nothing was too much trouble.

Have been a customer for over a decade, Reliable, Dependable, Affordable, 100% Satisfied,
Would be the words to describe the service I have received.
Even During Covid, they maintained my system without issue.
I would highly ecommended Network Security to anyone who is thinking of getting an alarm System

The team at Network Security were fantastic to deal with , the engineer who came out Jimmy was brilliant very knowledgable regarding the tech / alarm system explained in full & was pleasant dealing with , security system works great highly reccomend !

Your service does not seem to be good at all .i have recently experienced a logging issue and your customer service agents were not able to help

I spoke to Chaw on 23/3/36 he dealt with my enquiry promptly and he got Simon to to ring me and he explained further what my options were ,he was a really nice person and my mum who is the alarm owner ,spoke very highly about him,(as he rang her first and she gave permission to ring me) he was very kind and gentle in his manner with her.(she is 90yrs young)

I had a monitored alarm fitted in my apartment. From start to finish Network Security where very helpful in advising me what exactly I needed. During installation Don, was extremely professional, polite and helpful in not only installing my new system, but removing the old one neatly. He was also very helpful with going through how the new system works both in house and on the Network Security App. I would highly recommend Network Security. Very Happy customer.

Jimmy was was fantastic today when installing our alarm he was very friendly and put me at easy when a hiccup accrued he was very professional clean and tidy i had no hesitation leaving him to do his job while I had to go to work and he was all done when I got home and talked me through the installation and showed me what to do with the app and working the alarm I was very happy with Jimmy work and would be very happy to have him back again if needed thanks Jimmy 😊
