I would give zero star if the option is given. I urge everyone who left a negative negative review here or was scammed by newzealandtrends.com to report them through Consumer Protection's website so that the site will be closed down and can't scam anyone else. I have made a report which took less than 10 minutes to complete and hope more people will do the same.

Same as everyone. Thought it was a NZ store. Ordered a vacuum. Vacuum arrives, doesn’t work and the manual says it doesn’t work on carpet. Contacted them. No refund. Said they will give me 15% and I can keep the item. What good is that when it doesn’t work?! I hope they get shut down soon

My experience very similiar to all the others here... Ordered gps kids watch mid november it was meant to be for an xmas present i thought they had it in stock and it was a nz company hence why i trusted it...very misleading and bad mistake... it arrived 2mnths later after trying every week to look up the status with the postal codes they gave me that didnt work or said the same thing for a month then it gave one date of arrival then nothing then it gave another date i emailed them and each time they just blamed everything on covid-19... It came in a very budget looking box that looks very cheap like something from a cheap rip off shop..watch is ok i spose have yet to work it out the gps side and whether a sim will actually work in it...im not expecting it to. i paid $74.00 for it and wish i didnt. Would never ever deal with this company again...i actually wish i could get a refund as the whole experience dealing them was frustrating and just annoying waste of time and money. Not to mention not even being a nz company at all. Its taught me a big lesson...i only order from websites that i know for sure are based in nz.

Same as other reviews. Paid double for the product thinking it was an NZ business and therefore would be delivered fast and be decent quality. It's now 5 weeks out and I only just received a tracking number. I also had a small amount taken from my bank account from an unknown source at the same time as I purchased the item, and reading these reviews I'm almost certain it was NZ Trends.

I also think I have been scammed I ordered a G6 TACTICAL MILITARY SMART WATCH well over a month ago and have not received it yet my advice to everyone is not to deal with any site that is trading with CHINA. I just want the watch I payed $84.99 for don't deal with firms that are operating from China they are scamming people. THE SITE I USED WAS NZ TRENDS.COM BUT THE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM CHINA.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Be aware that this company is NOT in New Zealand. They accept your money - no problem - sending the goods is another matter entirely. What can I say - STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering, sadly I did not. When I contacted them in regards to my order never arriving, I received a very passive aggressive email back basically detailing why it wasnt their fault and they wouldnt be refunding (even though all I asked was how long it was expected to take). Clearly they know they're ripping people off. I hope someone out there reads this before they buy! I dont think I'll ever receive my order (which was a pain relief tool for my ill Father) hope they're living their best life on scam money..

Completely scammed. Rubbish product that took 2 months to arrive. Wont refund. Dont shop here. They are pretending to be in NZ and they are not. They are sitting somewhere in China scamming people.

My issue is the same as others
My issue is the same as others. I thought I was supporting a local NZ business and bought from them. The address in their 'contact us' is an Auckland address. After 2 weeks with no tracking number, they told me my order was lost in transit and as they couldn't full my order as the item was out of stock they would refund me. (Which they did so I'm grateful.) HOWEVER, they lied. The item is still in stock on their website but at double the price. I asked them about it and have not received a reply.

Scammed good and proper, be aware this is NOT a NZ company. The product I bought 7 November, still not received. However I did receive an email to pay customs, only small amount, which I paid on a supposedly secure website” the dollars deducted from credit card was different to what supposed customs was. Then just last week another amount of $14.42 was deducted from credit card, by same company CONGILIUM360.COM, Bank advised that this was a scam, and also disputed amount paid for initial purchase and “customs” amount. Not a good time of the year to have to cancel ones credit card and await a new one in the post.

I would no recommend buying anything from website. After 47 days there is still no sign of my parcel every time I contact them I am just given the 2 sites to track my parcel. J have asked for a refund on three occasions and they will not give my money back. Totally fraudulent site and would never recommend this site to anyone

This Company are crooks. Keep well away from them. Very fast to take your money and I thought I was supporting local. I don't think I will ever see my order. False tracking numbers and addresses are the way they operate.
Always do your research beforehand.
Thank goodness I investigated this site before buying from them. Always look up contact details before purchasing. Address does not exist. Phone number is not from NZ. Searched reviews on Google. Always do your research first.

ordered sciatica brace after 3 weeks got tracking number when I first tried it wasn't in the carriers systems emailed nz trend got sent another tracking number this time it said item returned to sendercontacted nz trend again the reply was a message with the phone number for nz customs saying I should arrange to collect it from them. I live in the lower north.island of nz 8 hrs drive from Auckland and customs I explained this to them and haven't heard from them again.this company has nothing to do with new zealand as the name suggests in fact they are based in China, they are totally fraudulent and would like to warn anyone against ordering from them.
