A warm welcome to 1st Call Services. We are a family owned business that has proudly been serving our customers in the Essex area for over 20 years. Although we offer a wide range of plumbing services, our core business is in the installation and replacement of Gas Boilers. We are now offering up to a 10 year no quibble parts and labour guarantee. We can also offer finance in the form of either: buy now pay later, interest free credit or a loan. We install, service and repair a wide range of boiler makes. We do however prefer to install Worcester Bosch boilers. We believe that only Worcester Bosch have the quality and service that we want for our customers. We have been the go to company for Worcester Bosch boilers in the SS poscode area for over 17 years and are PLATINUM level accredited installers for them. Our commitment is to provide all of our customers with a high level of service, whilst providing the best and most efficient solution for their needs, home, budget and the environment. We pride ourselves on the high level of recommendations and feedback that we receive from our customers.

1st call are top of my list for installing boilers and CH systems
If you want a great job done by some amazing guy's then when it comes to plumbing and boilers, look no further. We needed a completely new CH system installed when we moved house. 1st call gave us a competitive price, and just got on with the job. They turned up when they said, and worked from 8:00am every morning and left around 5:00pm in the evening. They were respectful, polite and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
