Chris is excellent to deal with, he replaced all radiators in the house. His ideas on altering a couple of radiator positions were spot on and his workarounds on a couple of unexpected issues were first class. I am happy to recommend Chris to others.

This was the first time we used Chris for our gas boiler service, he arrived on time has a friendly nature and was able to discuss the pros and cons of different types of boilers and talked us through the safety check, highly recommended.

We've used Chris a few times now for our annual gas boiler service and repairs. We had a problem with our kitchen sink plumbing recently and he dealt with that as well. As usual he was quick to respond to our emergency call and turned up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Highly recommended for any gas heating and plumbing issues you may have.

Chris has been fab. When our boiler had issues - he throughly inspected the whole system to diagnose the problem. Got the parts right away and made sure we double checked warranties etc - to ensure we got best price - even if it might mean someone else would have had to carry out the work. He was really looking out for us, and I really appreciated that.
In the end it was cheaper for him to get the part and fix it - which he did without any hassle. Showed up when he said he would and got the job done.

Chris was away when I initially contacted him, but promised to get in contact as soon as he returned.
He was true to his word and went to my mother's new house the following day to assess a non functioning heating system.
He arrived on time and was the consummate professional. He worked his way through a very tired system, troubleshooting and repairing as he went and after two hours of intensive work managed to restore heating and hot water to this rundown house. He also replaced the old controller with one that worked.
My mother was grateful, relieved, and very impressed by him. in Her words, "honest and to the point".
He also gave her advice on the steps that would be involved in eventually modernising the system.
The bill came quickly and was excellent value considering what he achieved.
