I had a problem about my membership. I chatted with someone on the team and she was helpful as much as she could be. However, I was not satisfied. The young woman who was very pleasant, then said she would give my case over to someone who could perhaps help me. I didn't really have much hope that things would work out to my favor. However, I received a mail a couple of days later and surprisedly, I was given a solution to the problem which worked out to my favor. That 's not something I usually experienced. So, I am thankful to the team that I was taken serious and that they handled my situation and didn't put me off to the side or forget about me.Thank you so much.

They deducting recurring payments from my bank account, they took my information from a payment on another website and do not want to cancel my membership nor refund the 4 payments they deducted.
