The payment was taken from my acount 2 times, without my aproval.

Unfortunately, I upload once again my deep dissapointment upon seller instructions. At first place, I was deceived by the Seller via a misleading web gift offer and when i upload my complsints the Seller offered to make up by refunding the amount provided that i wiukd delete my reviee. I did it one month ago but no refund was done until today. Therefore, I upload once again my review

The original offer was not clear, and when I cancelled it I found that the possibility to cancel was not smooth. I appreciate the offer to refund my payment, but resent the original misguiding advertisement. I have tried to do as I was asked by filling in this questionnaire, but have been unable to finish the process for some unknown reason. (I suspect it was because my opinion was negative...)
