Have been using NewbridgeFX for converting funds for our company for over a year. The online account is very user-friendly and very easy to follow all the stages. The telephone service is great too - we have an account manager who will set a deal if I can not get to the online account . He also keeps an eye on the rates and will call us when they are to our advantage. After the last conversion of quite a big amount, Dylan called me to make sure we had received the funds in our account which was very reassuring.

Was really pleased with the rates provided by Shaun, and, in particular, by his customer service. He was extremely helpful in explaining the process for buying a house in France. As well, he worked patiently with me to optimize the rate for my exchange.

My Foreign exchange consultant, Shaun Dash, was amazing! The Company is amazing, and the computer system is sooo easy to use! It has been super helpful in the several wires I have had to make to France in the past year with a new Apt there. I just exchange money in their system and let it sit there until I am ready to wire it out. Shaun was very helpful in guiding me every step of the way! He took the scariness out of it! I used Newbridge to convert some Euros for a property purchase in Paris. I worked with Shaun about 6 months before the closing date and he exceeded all expectations. He would contact me whenever there is a dip or increase and we can strategize on how much currency to buy. Their rates are lower than banks’ and they are much more efficient than French banks when it comes to making transfers. I will continue to use their service whenever I need foreign currency.
