Brilliant from start to finish! Kept in contact throughout. Car was delivered no problem and was an excellent deal.

Opted to not be contacted by telephone, only email, have received endless calls. Tried to opt out of emails but the unsubscribe page is in Arabic.
Have bought the same car with a better deal from Evans Halshaw.

" Ordered a Vehicle in April for July delivery which was the estimate i was given prior to paying processing fee. I was then contacted two weeks later to advise a 6-9 month wait on the vehicle. I was told that Ford and had moved the goal posts and the manager advised me that he very careful to only give estimates on delivery never promises. I was offered a different vehicle for a July delivery which i agreed, however my local Ford garage sourced the exact vehicle i wanted for July delivery within a few days. Should they have been estimating three month delivery, soon as you pay your processing fee it looks like you’re at their mercy as to when it suits them to source your car. Unfortunately a negative experiance “

Absolutely 5 star service from New Cars Online. After a negative experience with another leasing company 1 year ago, New Cars Online are such a breath of fresh air. Such an honest, professional, and efficient company. Huge thanks to Ebony who is an absolute credit to the company and went far above and beyond when I had a few issues with the delivery company and subsequent questions about the vehicle. I had quite a few queries and sent a lot of emails at the time and nothing was too much trouble for Ebony who has infinite patience, professionalism, and was so willing to help and support. Also to David for his valued post-delivery help and advice, and even an extremely kind offer to contact him at Christmas if I had any questions! Thank you also to Tony who took my initial order and made sure the delivery date provided was a valid one and didn’t process my order until he could check and reassure me of this – his honesty and consideration at this time was super appreciated – I think it is fair to say this transparency is not present throughout all leasing companies. I can highly recommend New Cars Online and when my existing lease comes to an end, I will not hesitate to arrange my next car through this team. this company will steal your processing fee if you change your mind .!!
I ordered a car at the beginning of January and was told the car would be probably ready February or even maybe March .
After 5 days I decided this deal wasn’t for me as I needed a car sooner so I decided to buy one instead .
I contacted the company and told them I wished to cancel and was sorry ,well within the so called 14 day cool off period only to be told it’s very far down the line and the car was now miraculously nearly at the dealership so I wouldn’t be getting any of my £225 back
I wouldn’t recommend this company I would use a company not charging a so called processing fee such as rivervale a similar company .

This was my first venture into the world of car leasing. It took me some time to pick my vehicle and even longer to choose who would supply it. Ask me why I chose New Cars Online and I suppose I'd have to say there were no real reasons, other than the price which was competitive, and they could have it delivered within the time scale I required. I'm not on first name terms with the team there, and they haven't invited me out to lunch, what I did get however was service which was speedy, courteous, and professional. That was enough for me.

I ordered a BMW 320i in April for a delayed July delivery after my other lease car was returned. This was no problem for them. They delivered on the exact date I needed and I had plenty of clear communication during the order and delivery process.
I am also really pleased with the price per month I’m paying and the fact it’s got full maintenance included.
I’d happily recommend using them.
