This is the worst company so far

This is the worst company so far. They reply to your reviews just to for the public to see but never answer and follow up with their private email. They ask for your order number and you send it to them, never even acknowledge your claim and never responded after that.

I ordered an item from this company…

I ordered an item from this company since october 7th. As at the time of dropping this review I haven't receive my order. Raised several complaints via email to the email contact on their website and instagram but no one responded after 1 week of writting several emails. Someone eventually respond asking for my order number. I submitted the order number 7 days ago and till now no response as to progress.

AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!

I came here to edit this to say they are busying acting like they want to clean up their dirt but yet won't respond to email. I don't need yall to do any investigation cause you lots are bunch of scams. My credit card company will be filing a claim as you have refused to cancel the order and refund my money as i have demanded in my last email.

I have been a customer for over five…

I have been a customer for over five years with new chapter spent thousands of dollars over the years and I received three products that were all expired, they were fish oil pills that expired on 10/24. I contacted them and spent 45 on the phone talking to three different people just constantly being chaptered and they gave me the runaround and said that they only have a guarantee for 60 days after purchase and they don’t offer refunds or replacements. Sadly, they have no customer loyalty, and I will be moving onto a different different product.

Not even 1 star - goods from order 7863 never been despatched - have emailed with no response - don’t think the only email address provided is even monitored - no other way to contact them - feel stupid I didn’t even check all this before placing order - grrr

they delivered the wrong pants

they delivered the wrong pants, I email them and send messages but no response, so now I have pants that I don't want, i cant send them back because its a sale item but its their fault. And im not gonna pay for it

Worst site ever

Worst site ever! I didn’t know that you have sites who doesn’t have a retour policy. They don’t give you a retour label with your order and when you mail them for the label they don’t answer so you have nothing!! They know what they are doing because I am not the only one!

horrible business

the jeans are nice. however the seam on the bottom of one leg is twisted. i contacted them to see what they can do about it. they only respond until its time to resolve the problem, then they stop answering. do not buy from them, worst customer service ever

Don’t order here!

I will not recommend anyone to order from here. This is the second time I've placed an order and both times received the wrong size. The first time I contacted them, they said I would get my money back, but that didn't happen. Instead, I received a voucher even though it was their mistake, and I returned the product completely unworn within 14 days. Even their terms stated that I should get my money back. Despite this, I decided to order again and, as you can guess, got the wrong size again. For me, it's definitely over. A warned man counts for two.
