Bad service & Bad quality. No serious store with small collection and return polici. Will never shop there again.

I placed an order with The Range on the 2nd March one item was to come straight from Newchapter. I received my ordered items from the range very quickly but still nothing from Newchapter! I have emailed them many times sometimes they respond but more often than not they do not. I have also phoned the range who have been trying to find out where my item is, the last email from Newchapter said my item is now with royal mail and gave me a tracking number which was no help at all as it just says information will be updated when out for delivery, that was over a week ago!
Very disapointed with this company, no answers or help from them at all!!
I would NOT recommend this company!

Finally received my return, however, the sent me the wrong jeans model. Waiting on feedback from new chapter.

I ordered a pair of flair jeans, the delivery was quick it arrived in 2 days and the quality of the jeans is perfect. All my friends told me thet loved the jeans when i put it on the first time!

It says next day delivery if you order before 18:00. I really wanted the item for an event so I ordered it on Sunday and thought it would definitely arrive on Friday at least, but it came after more then a week. Beside that I also sent an email and unfortunately never got any response, while I believe that customer service is an important part of any business being a marketeer myself. But if I have to give my opinion about the pants that I bought I can say that I’m absolutely satisfied!

Once again I am satisfied with my order. The 2 pants meet my expectations. Small downside for the delay of 3 working days on delivery but it was the carrier's fault.

Ordered clothes over a week ago no delivery date as yet and no response to my email sent on Wednesday. Paid £9 for 2-3 delivery so this is not acceptable

I think the site looks nice everything is clear so that's where the good service starts, And if you have questions they will be answered quickly. The delivery is also fast.

Scammers. Returned items the same way I received it. They lied it arrived damaged to their warehouse. They could only offer me a voucher, which was never issued to me. Don’t buy here

My package never arrived And now the tellin me they can do nothing about it. DHL never delivered my package And new chapter is sayin they can do nothing about it. Worst service ever this company scammed me for 250,-

And now they tellin me that i din’t choose the option “save deliverey” like u guys knows that package some times despieard???? They wanna look good by sayin contact our customer service to find a solusion but they gonna give me exactley nothing! Al te time they cut you off by sayin we are not responsible for the shipping???! And still they scammed me for 250,-

Awesome quality and really fast delivery so i instantly orderd 3 pair pants.
