I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Joseph Delgado. He was awesome from start to finish with our new home. He was always available to answer any and all questions I had, and also explain every step of the way. He always responded immediately to help me ease any anxiety with the house buying process. He was able to get
us closed in under 30 days!

The experience was very courteous and informative. We had a few bumps during the process, but we made it through. We felt the team wasn’t working well with our representative. At the end, the process went through only to discover that one of the loan you agreed to pay off wasn’t paid off completely. We still have a balance after paying them with the check you sent. Again the team didn’t do a good job of checks and balances.

I go my refinance VA loan in June 2026. August 17 I received a letter that my loan was sold to a company planet home lending in Connecticut! As a veteran I thought I was with new day! Well I was wrong! All you Veterans out there thinking your loan is with new day it isn’t! They sold me off in a month. So my advice would be skip new day “the middle man” and get your loan through the company or companies they’re going to sell it to! I called Planet home lending. I couldn’t understand what the representative was saying she barely spoke English! They have no phone app and my payment plan I scheduled with new day just went out the window!

I have been issued fake checks and have been consistently harassed for funds. This process has been an absolute nightmare. Cody Dennis and Ben Taylor are absolutely disgusting human beings and the entire New Day organization is AGAINST VETERANS. Veterans… Please listen, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!
