Had the discs I was looking for and in the colors I wanted here. I was happy and surprised when they sent a fiber cloth with their logo, a key ring and a really cool laser-printed minidisc with the order.

Philip is best for Newdisc
Super fast turnaround time on my order. One of the discs was sold out, but not updated on the site, and Philip made the executive decision to choose a replacement color. He sent a return shipping label in case I wasn't happy with his choice. Time was of the essence, so I really appreciate this way of handling the issue, rather than waiting for a response about what I want to do. There were other bits to compensate. Philip is also quick on the emails and is super helpful. Easily Newdisc has the best customer service I have experienced in this country in my last decade here.
