I had signed up for the trial, to test the waters. And they had informed me that when my trial was up - I would be notified so I can cancel or subscribe.
This did not happen!!! They had taken over $100 out of my account without my consent and left me with 40c and bills to pay for that week. They ended up refunding me and cancelled my subscription.
Then they charged me $10 out of no where….. with a cancelled subscription - no notification, no explanation ?
I can’t even describe how disappointing and terrible my experience was. I only tried it out for my daughter and their catalogue for children’s shows were very few - unsatisfactory and definitely not worth the money.

There are category headings which helps me find what I feel I need at the time. I have been so overwhelmed by emotions that I have been bought to tears about 10 times in 2 weeks watching tv series and a movie. We have been having difficulties trying to watch it on our TV using the playstation. On my laptop there's several movies that I can't watch I get some error message every time. I'm actually disappointed with having these issues as I really want the kids to watch it instead of being on YouTube all the time.
Breach of Contract
I had the trial subscription and cancelled on the day. Then £71.40 the yearly subscription was taken our of my account and also they had set up a DDM for the same amount to be taken out on a quarterly basis i.e. £71.40 every 3 months! i emailed many times and got the usual 48 hrs response. i then did get a reply saying my subscription was cancelled and the financial department would deal with it. So i've paid for a year subscription which i cannot access and no refund. After many many emails still no response or refund. A disgraceful company and attitude from a supposed Christian organisation/streaming media. i am emailing every day until i get a refund.

Its not proper that you renew your customer's subscription without their consent though. It 2weeks now and the issue is yet to be resolved.
Poor response - no refunds!!
I canceled my yearly subscription, 1 day after the new year started. The subscription is prepaid: the cancellation was not activated - I emailed asking for immediate termination and partial refund for unused portion. After 4 months I have had 2 replies, one asking for the credit card name used and another stating that they cannot find any information relation ("perhaps you used a different account?). I emailed a screen shot of the payment with card information and have not received a reply. Is it really so difficult to process a refund or action a response. To my mind, this is similar to a secular network however..they respond and provide refunds. New Faith - your integrity is questionable!

Following my cancellation I received an email acknowledging this action, but the following day a yearly amount of $143.40 was taken from my bank account without my consent. I have tried to make contact with the only email available, automatic reply said I'd have a response in 48hours. No response, emailed again, no ticket, no response. I would like a response and a prompt refund please NFN. I have had no issues like this with secular network apps.

The Word Spoken Through Entertainment
We love hearing the Word of God being spoken throughout movies/tv shows so far what we have watched, looking forward to more but feel New Faith Network need to ensure all movies and tv shows are available for all of god's children (brothers and sisters in Christ) since we couldn't watch some since no English subtitles/captions, really disappointing when those movies or tv shows could reveal or give an example in how we can address hardships we are facing but will pray that change will come and we can enjoy more of God's goodness Amen

It keeps freezing and this is extremely annoying.
Is this something that is common with this network?
