Never phoned back , also some points are not valid such as lead upstands are fine at 75mm and ground levels should be .225mm below damp course. Any future customer will find this firm does not like to answer the phone and are rude when they reply to E mails.

Really good detailed report provided at the end, with pictures for everything and clear references to NHBC requirements. Very helpful and good value for money. Only slight criticism, email communication could be a bit more courteous (very short, to-the-point answers given only).

I was delighted with the quality of my survey undertook by NHQC and the super fast turnaround on completion of my new build. It made kickstarting the dreaded snagging process a whole lot easier for me, with every feature itemised and photographed in detail.
