Obtuve mi prestamos un % de interés bajo y pago bajo y me aprobaron más de lo que solicite. Los recomiendo 100% y no me están pagando por invitarte a aplicar sin temor soy nacional de PR, pero actualmente recibo en PA.

My experience with Newity was excellent. While my bank didn't want to work with me, this partnership made it easier and helped me with the capital my business needed to grow. For the Hispanic community, I honestly recommend them 100%. I had my doubts at first because I was worried I'd lose my information, but they are 100% reliable and recommendable. I got my loan at a low interest rate and low payment, and they approved more than I requested. I recommend them 100%, and they aren't paying me for inviting you. I'm a native of Puerto Rico, but I currently receive loans in Pennsylvania.

I really appreciate my loan rep Allen Zhou and everything he did to help us through the loan process. We would not have been able to close the loan had it not been for his help organizing and compiling all the forms and records we needed for the underwriters. Newity was great- it took us a while to get everything together that they needed and they were super patient with us.

We did get funded, but it seems like it would have been a lot easier for everyone if I had a list of what was needed and then sent it in. What did happen was something was requested and sent in, then something else, then something else.

I worked with this organization for eight months on an SBA loan. After submitting countless documents and going through what seemed like an endless process, the loan was finally approved and moved to closing. That’s when things fell apart.

Three weeks into closing, they kept asking for more information—details the underwriter should have addressed earlier. Then they discovered an old UCC filing that had somehow been missed entirely. As a result, the loan was suddenly denied at the final stage.

If the loan was already approved, why wasn’t the UCC thoroughly checked beforehand?

The communication was also incredibly poor. There were long stretches—sometimes weeks or even months—where no one responded to emails or provided updates. When the loan was ultimately denied, instead of a call, I received a flood of generic apology emails from different people, promising better staff training and wishing me luck.

Overall, this was an exhausting and disappointing experience. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional, and it was clear that several people involved didn’t fully understand what they were doing. I would not recommend this organization to anyone seeking reliable, transparent lending processes. The worst thing there is no phone calls its all emails. The other thing is they just vanish for.weeks and months, no communications nothing.

Very smooth process for SBA loan. Would recommend to other business owners.

For the most part, the process was very clear and simple. There were some back and forth questions during underwriting, which is to be expected. We're very clean on our records management so it wasn't really an issue for us. There was a delay at the very end of the process right before funding with a lack of responsiveness (some questions went days without a reply or at least acknowledgement). Other than that, it was a smooth experience.

All of the representatives, from start to finish, were kind and compassionate regarding our situation. The SBA process made sense and the final product has helped align us for success during our growing season.

Was very quick at getting me the loan. They say 6 to 8 weeks. Had mine in 4 weeks.
