I cannot speak highly enough of Newlife. I spent a bit if time researching clinics and countries in which to have my treatment (I am UK based) and I booked a consultation with several places but as soon as I had my online call with Newlife I knew they were the right fit for me. Everything was explained very clearly and openly whilst remaining positive about my personal situation and I felt confident that the team knew what I needed. I spent just over a year on my IVF journey, my first trip over to Greece in May 2023 for my egg collection. All scans and other appointments were done in London up until I needed to be in Greece on day 9 of the cycle. I flew back twice more for embryo transfers, the most recent time in July 2024 and am very happy to say I gave birth to my little boy a week ago. The support I received along the way, even after treatment was complete was outstanding. I had a couple of scares in early pregnancy and contacted newlife as well as my NHS midwife and newlife were so quick to respond and reassure me, advise what to do etc.

We have had a really wonderful and special experience with the Newlife Team. After 6 years of fertility challenges, 3 miscarriages, 5x IVF clinics in various countries around the world, and 15 rounds of IVF… we are finally 3.5 months pregnant with a healthy baby that’s growing beautifully. We have had an incredibly complicated case, with issues on both sides, and the Newlife Team were by far the most supportive, kind, and thorough team of any clinic we worked with. Their unwavering advice and support, and their continuous commitment to help get us pregnant was unmatched. We firmly believe we wouldn’t be here today without all of them. Even if they didn’t agree with some of the choices we made along the way, or if it went in contrast to their medical advice, which we highly respected and valued, they supported us. The whole team there are truly exceptional at what they do. Their doctors are brilliant and focused on the right things; their embryology dept is fantastic; and their level of personal care is fabulous. Dr Dovas, Chrysa, and Ermina were a power team guiding us through every step and we are so, so, so grateful. We have recommended Newlife to several couples along our very long journey, and they have all had success there too. Could not recommend them enough. And that’s a lot coming from our situation. Beautiful service genuine great experience overall

Initially the medical staff were interactive and receptive, but nothing like most IVF clinics as we consulted a couple of them. There were concerns over Greece's red tape and inconsistent laws regarding marital status of couples, as they require partners to be married in order to proceed or deal with embassies for notarial deeds. Furthermore, I had sent 1000Euros deposit but had not received any treatment due to the red tape - not an exam, visit, bloodwork or anything. They had not reached out to me to assist further and just sat happily on that deposit, and had nothing further to assist me with regarding Greece's laws (and one of the doctors said that laws there change constantly). After 2 years I decided I no longer wanted to proceed with this clinic and it discouraged me from IVF altogether, so my partner and I sought a refund. The clinic's director stated that only 300 out of the 1000 Euros would be refunded, despite my argument that I had never even been seen other than a free online consult that they advertised. They stated that since I put in a deposit and signed a contract that that was binding regardless of ever actually being a patient. These people are in for your money and their ethics are poor. I have also read multiple complaints of their push for donor eggs and not the most advanced treatment for hopeful parents. Choose your money wisely, the company is very profit hungry even without doing any work. Shameful. As I know Newlife likes to respond, please don't bother posting political rhetoric - places do not charge 700 Euros for admin fees. You chose to be dishonest and greedy and you should be exposed for your lack of ethics which is horrific for a medical institution.

We had the best experience with Newlife. With their help we welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy in 2023, after a successful round of IVF. We are now in the process of preparing for a second embryo transfer with them. The patient care and professionalism has been consistently outstanding. They stand head and shoulders above other IVF clinics we explored. We owe them so much.

Our experience at New Life IVF Clinic has been absolutely amazing! Dora made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the start. She met us with smile and greeted us with warmth every single time. Doctor Dovas was patient, clear and very knowledgeable.
We were a difficult case- I had chronic endometriosis and my husband had fertility issues. It required Doctor Dovas to understand our problems and customise the treatment for us. Throughout the process I felt cared for and Doctor Dovas made sure that I was not being placed in any risk whilst at the same time being given the best chance of having a successful pregnancy.

The whole staff showed heart and understanding towards me and my husband whilst at the same time being extremely professional.

We had a failed IVF cycle in the UK prior to coming to New Life IVF in Thessaloniki.
In the UK, we were treated as just “a number” and resulted in my endometriosis being inflamed and me needing to have a surgery at Princess Grace Hospital.
With Doctor Dovas and the New Life team we had a successful pregnancy after the very first transfer!

I started my IVF journey about two years ago, and after careful research, I decided to proceed with Newlife IVF, as they also mentioned that they worked with two other clinics in London. I did not realise at that time that only meant that they refer people to ultrasound clinics, where you still have to pay. While if you do the IVF in Greece, you don't pay for the ultrasound scans. Anyway, this was something I was okay with.

I had multiple scans & started a few times the ovarian stimulation however, each time, I only had about 3 follicles, and none of them matured, unfortunately.

After multiple tries, I decided to stop as the Doctor was not giving any explanation as to why I only produced 3 follicles or why I could not get pregnant so far.

The most annoying thing about this process was:
1. They made me purchase all of the medication, which is A LOT of money. I still have medication that I never used because I never got to the stage where I got any eggs or got pregnant.
2. They never suggested investigating the issue of not getting pregnant. I think this is an important step, as to find a solution for something, you need to know the issue.

We had the most amazing case coordinator named Jenny. She was amazing. Our doctor Dr Anthi was equally as lovely. Even though it took success on the third time, the care and service that was given each time was unmatched. I can’t recommend both Jenny and Doctor Anthi enough.

We cannot thank New Life enough for helping us complete our fertility journey that resulted in our beautiful baby boy. Where so many doors seemed closed to us New Life helped us to open that door. Really they were stellar at every step of the journey from the free initial online consultation right the way through to procedure and after care. They made it all so easy and we felt cared for and they looked after us really well. Words cannot really do justice for what New Life gave us but we just wanted to impart our thanks.

I am a 35 year old single woman who decided to freeze my eggs to safeguard my fertility as I age. For context; I have never had fertility treatment before and have never been pregnant or tried to get pregnant. I am a British citizen but live in Dubai, UAE. My decision for freezing my eggs in this clinic was simply because the UK is a lot more expensive for egg freezing and in the UAE there are laws which means I would not be able to use my eggs single if I decided to go into motherhood in the future alone.
My friend recommended Newlife as she had a friend who had recommended the clinic. In all honesty, the warmth, non judgement and approachability I experienced from Newlife was really special. I should add I had reached out to clinics in Dubai and London and whilst nobody was unpleasant, I did not get the same good feeling. They were really helpful and explained everything to me. They supported me with every doubt, question and fear I had. They talked me through all the tests and preparation I would need to undertake in Dubai and again were supportive when I ever felt anxious. They would call right away. When I arrived in Thessaloniki, the clinic reached out to me to ensure my safely. They were amazing. Explained everything. I should add I went to Thessaloniki completely alone and they were great. All the medicines were arranged by them and they helped me find the pharmacies. On the day of the egg collection they kept me at ease. I cannot begin to explain how easy the process was. I have friends who have been through IVF and they were worried about me going to do it alone in Thessaloniki but I actually had the best time. It's an amazing city and I ended up having the best holiday whilst going through the process. The retrieval was smooth and again they were fantastic. They also assign you a member of staff who supports you throughout the process-mine was Despina and she was so warm, kind and lovely. I would advise any woman thinking of freezing her eggs or having IVF to get in touch with Newlife clinic.

In September 2023 after a detailed research I decided to contact New Life IVF for the first time, and today April 2024 I'm currently three months pragnant with Twins, after 5 years of infertility and failed ivf procedures. All thanks to them. It was the best decision of my life. Even though I live in another country, the procedure went correct and smooth, all thanks to detailed instructions, and the precision of the communication.
Thank you Jenny, my personal coordinator who followed me very kindly and carefully, dr Pantelis the embryologyst dr. Cryssa the kindest and proffessional team, who transformed all the hard experience of Ivf in something very smooth and reassuring.
The clinic was calm and very welcoming, we never had to wait, everything organised in the perfect timing. The nurses were always kind helpul and smiling.
The lab I think is one of the best, reaching the best results of the embryos in number and quality for us.

This is quite emotional. Thank you to NewLife IVF for my son. We've been through a few rounds of IVF and we've seen and heard it all: unexplained infertility, different doctors every appointment, indifferent, patronising and rude clinic staff, inflexible treatment plans - not in Newlife. The wait is worth it. Do all and any prep you can as they can be busy - but equally, you won't feel neglected or abandoned. You get assigned one patient coordinator, who will support and cheer you on (thank you, Thaleia!), Dr Dovac is enthusiastic, involving, listening and knowledgable and Chrysa is full of heart, patience and good vibes (which is key, when taking emergency calls from panicked patients!). The clinic is a well-oiled machine in working with international patients and everybody speaks fluent English.
