There is nowhere I trust more than new life clinic. As a first timer they really explained each step and catered to my individual case. I felt safe and I felt heard, they helped diagnose issues missed previously. They are compassionate and caring. And available for support at all times. It didn’t feel like we were oceans apart between visits. (Im in the Uk) I’m so grateful and glad I found new life. We are from U.S. and interviewed other clinics from different countries to decide the right clinic that we feel comfortable with. We needed to have genetic tests on embryos due to genetic abnormality and I am over 40. That made us worry the process, but they always respond quickly and offer phone calls/video calls to answer our questions and explain to us whatever we wanted to know through the entire process.
We got a very warm welcome every time we went to clinic, and you would feel they’re excited to have a baby for you!
I am 8 weeks pregnant now, and they continue to support us. We are so happy that we chose New life!!

When we decided to explore IVF in Europe, we met virtually with several clinics, but as soon as we had our first consult with Newlife we knew we’d found “the one” and signed up immediately! The initial consult was so thorough yet honest, and we felt comfortable immediately with Chrysa and the NL team. From that point on, all of our communications with our wonderful Patient Coordinator, Thaleia, were amazing! Even living in on the other side of the world in Australia, everything went so smoothly and the NL team were so responsive, no matter how crazy my late night questions were! Trying to coordinate travel dates from Australia was much less stressful than expected thanks to Thaleia, and our stay in Thessaloniki was incredible. We felt so cared for and part of the Newlife family as soon as we arrived for our first visit at the clinic, everyone was so warm and welcoming and put our minds at ease. After 4 years of IVF treatment in my home country, I’d never felt this comfortable and confident as I did with Newlife, my only regret is not finding them sooner. We’re so fortunate to have success on our very first transfer with NL, and cant thank the incredible team enough for making our dreams come true! We cannot recommend Newlife enough, the beautiful doctors, nurses and embryologists who took care of us will always have a special place in our hearts!

My partner and I are from the USA. Before settling on Newlife IVF Greece, in Thessaloniki, we had considered many clinics locally, and abroad. My partner and I were looking for not just affordable, but quality fertility treatment. Especially when traveling such a long way, motivated by our intense desire to have a child. Every step of the way, Newlife's attention to detail, professionalism and ethical practices were evident. We also received warm, human support from staff who were truly there for us - without selling false hope or expensive, unproven treatments. As I write this review, my partner and I are over the moon with joy, because our first transfer worked! Because of these positive experiences, we truly wish all fertility clinics were as outstanding as Newlife IVF Greece, in Thessaloniki.

The Clinic is front and open with all information, no false hopes. It follows-up consistently with patients so there is no need for one to be concerned about the status of different steps or medication. Importantly, the knowledge is there for the work that they do, which can be seen from the first consultations and check-ups. We learned more about the state of our reproductive health from on visit to the Clinic, than from years of going to different doctors in different countries.

Newlife IVF Greece has given us the ultimate gift of parenthood by helping us with becoming pregnant succesfully, after many years of trying with other clinics (inside and outside of Greece). Their professionalism, their care, their kindness and closeness to their patients, made the experience so much more stressfree and reassuring. From the first meeting online, to the face to face consultation, discussions, up until the embryo transfer, we have been looked after by a team of persons that treated us as parents to be. With so much kindness, I cannot stress that enough. The experience was so worth it, I would gladly give it another try to give a sibling to our baby girl, and see everyone again :)

I am immensely grateful for the outstanding care and successful treatment I received at Newlife. Dr. Athanasios and his team provided unwavering support, professionalism, and expertise. They took the time to explain procedures and medications, ensuring that we understood everything. Their expertise and knowledge were evident, giving me a sense of confidence and trust in their abilities. Since we live in the Middle East, we had to fly back to Greece for the embryo transfer. Between the egg collection and embryo transfer period, the team made sure that I have every medication and they were always in touch until our return for the big day. I cannot rate this clinic high enough. I was treated very well by all staff members, I was respected and looked after. It was my final IVF (ICSI) attempt, after 3 years of trying in the U.K (IUIs and IVF attempts. I was successful and found out that I was pregnant on 2nd August 2022. I also managed to freeze 2 high grade embryos. My daughter was 3 months old yesterday. This clinic and staff were supportive and I would highly recommend.

After three years, countless specialist visits, and multiple failed IVF attempts, we found Newlife when hope was running out. From the initial video consultation, it was clear this would be a different, and better, experience. The team was so compassionate and thorough, addressing all of the concerns we brought to the table, and making it clear that their priority is successful pregnancies and not just a money-making venture, which was a breath of fresh air coming from US clinics.

Throughout the process, there was clear communication with a specific plan and intended outcome. I felt supported and well-informed every step of the way, which really helped to reduce the stress during a stressful time.

We started our fertility testing in the UK but as we spend a lot of time in Greece we booked a consultation with Newlife instead. Our initial (free) consultation was so in depth that we were immediately convinced they were the right place for us. Our doctor was extremely knowledgeable, but also very sensitive and caring, taking into account our own feelings as well as the science. She recommended we have a HyFoSy investigation before starting IVF. When we arrived it was like stepping into a fancy hotel lobby - friendly receptionists and a lovely waiting room - such a different experience to our private UK clinic! We were looked after from start to finish, and felt the care, equipment and facilities were all second to none. We felt so relieved to have found Newlife for our IVF journey, but in the end we conceived that month and have just had a very lovely 12 week scan. The doctor was straight on the phone to me after hearing I was pregnant, recommending an excellent doctor in our area with who to continue our care. We were looked after from start to finish, and cannot recommend this clinic enough. If you are considering using Newlife rather than a UK clinic then we would highly recommend.

My midwife Katerina in the International section was so personal and sincere. Her English was great, she was funny and witty. She was young but knowledged and experienced. She created a personal experience for me. My doctor Dr Christous was amazing, multilingual with superb English also. He too was so personal, honest and geniune. Their medical skills were also high level, know their stuff but it was the personal approach that made the difference for me. The whole staff from the admin team to the nurses were all very helpful, friendly and professional. I cannot reccommend Newlife more highly. After success for my first attempt, I feel that their service helped to make that successful.

The NewLife clinic and team are phenomenal. The care and detail at every interaction puts your mind at ease. We travelled from the uk, and the whole experience is seamless. The clinic itself is fantastic and the aftercare is bar none. I couldn’t recommend it more!

From our first consultation with New Life we know they were the clinic for us. They are straight talking, no nonsense and really care about you and your treatment plan, only offering what is right for your scenario. Nothing was ever too much trouble, there was always someone available to answer questions, any time day or night. Our patient coordinator Dora, was amazing and so responsive to our questions. Chrysa was my voice of reason and helped me stay calm, Dr Dovas made me feel at ease during my transfer. We highly recommend this clinic.

Newlife are a family, not a business. We began our journey with them in 2016 and after much heartache we welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world December 2022. There was two constants throughout our journey, the amazingly compassionate Chrysa and the ever reassuring Dr Dovas. Without their optimism and guidance we would have given up on more than one occasion, loss can break you into a million pieces… Without Chrysa who guided us through so many hard times we would not be in the position of enjoying every second with our beautiful perfect daughter. We never felt like a number but part of a family where everyone wanted to help us achieve our dreams. We cannot describe how much Newlife have given us and would recommend them in a heartbeat. They never gave up on us and more importantly they never forced any extra tests etc that weren’t necessary.
