I placed an order with this company on the 20th January for some reading glasses. I’ve chased the item many times. I’ve been told by them on 6 occasions (luckily they do reply with a generic response) to be patient. I’ve asked several time just for my money back, which currently they are refusing to do. Case raised with PayPal. Do not buy from them. They take your money and you don’t ever see your product.

Terrible…..avoid! No glasses arrived. After 8 weeks I am still being told they are on their way!!! Joke

Someone should stop these con artists

I bought 3 pairs of glasses in January, but they never arrived.
The company is responding to my emails but will not refund me as they said the glasses have been sent out, and once in transit, no refund is available.
Total scam

Do not buy from this company. Ordered some glasses in January and they have not arrived. I chased the company who said they have resent my order on 2nd March but still no tracking details sent. I have requested a refund.

Avoid!! They take your money and do not deliver! I am still waiting for reading glasses ordered nearly 3 months ago which they are now saying they will resend!!! 1 star is too high, this company should be shut down as every review no matter what you order is the same.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. 7 weeks later and no item received , just kept getting tracking emails , then nothing. Will have to dispute with PayPal which will take another few months

Do not use this rip off company they take your money and don’t deliver I have waited over a month - tracking stopped and they have not proved my glasses - just look at the reviews avoid at all costs

I purchased two pairs of reading glasses. Took weeks to arrive (from China). Supposed to be bifocal but only good for reading. Supposed to be really tough. Advert showed them being hammered, bent etc. arms on both of these snapped off despite not even being bent. Absolute rubbish. Emailed them, twice. Excuse after excuse, offered £5 refund to keep. I wish I had looked at the other reviews before purchasing. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

Bought a 'Faux Fence'. Delivered several weeks later and the 'fence' panel barely covered my laptop. Not per pictures or video of the item being sold. Immediately wanted to return, was told the return has to go to their China address at my own cost. This is against UK online selling laws. Upon investigating the parent company, Landbase Trading Co Ltd, they are filing dormant account status at Companies House and also charging VAT on their sales when not VAT registered.

This company deserves MINUS thousands of stars!!

Same problem as others on here, ordered 5 garden trellis + 5 free… the pics on their advertisement show trellis of a good size but the ones that came we’re absolutely nothing like the pics. Totally useless! Emailed them twice & they just deny it & refused refund.

How many other people are going to get conned by this company & others like it! I guess Trading Standards can do nothing as they’re a Chinese company using an UK address.

I will always check on Trust Pilot now before buying anything!

Total rubbish. Product delivered is nothing like that advertised. Just normal rather badly made reading glasses. Not verifocus. Company pretends not to be Chinese. It has a number of names with same product video, total scam which Facebook supports! Tell Facebook about this scam! Stay well clear of both, this yet another big fat scam.

If I could put no stars I would. Terrible company you pay for goods which never arrives, they spout the same response to every email, it’s been delayed in transit. Do not order and save you money.
