This is not a real travel company. And all the other positive reviews that are given have to be fake. Bogus company. Do not use

They are a scam. I tried to get my refund because I scheduled a trip and they added four extra days, and wouldn’t refund my money.

These people are thieves...DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THIS BOGUS COMPANY

I did not read the reviews before booking my airline ticket with this company. Hence I am in the middle of a horror show. How are they getting away with this? Their mo is the same from what I've read. They take your money and jerk you around for your e ticket. I promise, they are not going to get away with business as usual with me.
To follow up... I am promised a refund but it will take one or two billing cycles. What a scam. Stay away from this company... Please

After 2 wks of my so called booking , I never recieved my ticket. after numerous calls and emails I was told I would recieve them in 24 hrs. which never happened.
they would hang up on me when i would call.Even Delta Airline told me my name was in the system but no flight information I doubt I will get my money back but I did dispute the charge as theft by fraud and the card charge was to Delta Airline, which was probable a ghost account. I ended up booking with a local travel company and got everything I needed before I left their office.

Horrible Service. I wouldnt even give them 1 Star. My Dad passed away suddenly, and broke our hearts. I booked a flight to get my Son home for the funeral, plus I needed him to help me through this. I paid $525. My Son gets to the airport on Msui Hi. With his bags and supposed ticket #. There was no flight. I kept calling New Travel Trip. 100 times. When I finally got through, they refused to reimburse me, but said they made a new ticket which never happened. I had to purchase another ticket to get my Son home to the Funeral. I keep calling them, but no answer. In fact a couple of times someone answered, I didnt tell them my name, but the person new it was me: Like they had my name and # on a "Dont answer the call list". They never did resolve anything, and I lost $525.
Dont ever book with this Business.

I would give them a 0 but I was not able to. This was a horrible experience and if you are Canadian DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I searched for CANADIAN flights and this was the best price, only to find out AFTER I paid, that it was in US dollars. I tried 5 different customer care numbers to cancel flight and all of them sent me to voicemail. Finally I called again and after pressing "0" 20 times I got through, only to be told that it would take up to 30 days to be refunded. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I would get a call back. We'll see if that ever happens.

SCAM!! Do not book through them. I booked a ticket two days ago for $750 got a confirmation email and everything. But when I was trying to print my ticket it was not found so I called the customer care line and was told there had been a price change and I now had to pay $1400 for my ticket. No way. So I told them to cancel it cause that doesn’t sound right. They sent my a cancellation confirmation email and assured me my card had not been charged. I check my account today and my card has been charged $750 with new travel trip. I cannot get ahold of them via email and call I have left messages. Also my cancellation email has mysteriously vanished and I don’t even know how that is possible. Luckily I was smart enough to screen shot it for proof. This is a scam do not use them.

Zero stars. I booked a flight when I noticed I booked for the wrong day. Two tickets for over 300 bucks. I immediately tried calling and emailing to cancel and get my refund. They told me to wait 7-10 business days however this is now over a month ago. I have written them several times. No answers when you call them.
Pure scammers and the comments on here saying otherwise are fake. Do not WASTE your money with these people

Can not get a hold on them, Airline doesn't recognize my booking reference number Email to them keeps coming back unknown address.Nobody pick up the phone...What is going on

This entire site is a fraud it has been the most upsetting experience. Along with having all these fake good reviews on here they continue to lead you on into thinking you’ll receive your tickets eventually. I called customer service repeatedly only to have them hang up on me every time. One time I believe they accidentally answered and it was two people taking in a foreign language. Soon as they realized I was there they immediately hung up. I bought 6 tickets lost 2k that I could not get back. I was not able to get my tickets or my money back. Please do not fall for the website and the “good deals”.

If there were an option for no stars I would give them that. My fiancé and I booked a round trip, after landing at our destination the Covid restrictions had changed so we had to cut our trip short. They told us no problem but there would be a plus charge of $600. So we booked and were told after 4 hours we would receive the confirmation code for air Canada. Waking up the next day it wasent there. Called they told me they would call back in 20 mins... after an hour I called back and they assured me again to wait for a call back. The call back was never received! Every time I called they kept saying the same thing. I called for the last time at 11pm they told me the call back the next day. Total b.s of this going back for 3 days ! Finally the departure date had arrived and they told me to drive the airport which was 6 hours away and said it “SHOULD” be there by the time you arrive I said no put me back on my original flight or I want my money back. Needless to say I did not receive my money back nor was the original flight valid anymore. Complete scammers.. DO NOT BOOK with this company !!

I thought I booked at flight on mar. 27th to Missouri so I could go to my nieces wedding. I found out yesterday this company never followed through. Rt flight was 351.00 now it's over 800.00. So disgusted. I cant afford to go now. Thanks for nothing.

I have tried to contact newtraveltrip with no success.
They do not pick up and they do not call back.
I booked a flight. Got an itinerary, confirmation code but no e ticket. Showed up for my flight and the airline I was looking for DID NOT fly from that airport!

Absolute scam, along with this trustpilot website with all the fake reviews, pieces of shi* took six hundred from me....I'm not sure how this website continues to operate but its fake as fuc* and the people who answer the phones are brain dead. TRASHBAGS GET A REAL JOB BESIDES STEALING FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE

When I went to get my husbands boarding tickets 24 hours before the flight I could not get them. So I called to find out why I could not get the boarding passes. They informed me that the flight was cancelled and that they had been trying to notify me. How? I received no email or phone call! This is multiple phone calls as the connection kept disconnecting (interesting as I am on a landline) As I am on the phone with them the said they could put him on another flight for an ADDITIONAL 389.00. I asked at that time if because the flight was cancelled if I could get a full refund and they said yes (have in writing). It has now been well over a month and I have not received the refund. I have been calling and no one answers, or puts you on hold and then hangs up or says to leave your name and phone number and they will return your call, I have not received a call back, but will continue to hound them until I get my money back. I would not recommend using this site to anyone. Buyer Beware!

Booked a flight on thru this travel site, wish I would read the reviews first.... they are a scam !! DO NOT BOOK THRU THEM!! FAKE FAKE FAKE! They took my hard earned money! I try to reach out to them but the email is not real! The phone service is a joke!

Highly upset with this company. Purchased a ticket for someone else and had it sent to there email. When we checked the verify there flight time, the ticket reflected dates that I didn’t request. They tried to charge me an additional $450 to change the flight to the correct dates. Well not use this company again. Unfortunately I have to one more time since I have a credit that I must use.

You are horrible people. Don't answer the phone. And don't respond in time to cancel. YOU made a mistake and didn't put the name of the passenger correct now I have to pay more money with the airlines to change it...YOU don't answer the phone and don't respond in time.

Paid for ticket that I NEVER GOT. Airline said the order never went through. Called them just to have them hang up on me multiple times. Emails got ignored. What a joke. Do something with your life instead of scamming people. S H I T "company" S H I T people. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
