The company was chosen by a surveyor who identified problem foam insulation in my roof that was causing damp in the rafters. Having a bungalow with a large roof expanse enabled the company to quote as a industrial site reducing the cost. The team who came worked hard in difficult cramped conditions and removed the foam. Sadly part of my property was built in the 1940's and when the foam was removed it came away with the original bitumen paper lining. This part of the roof required relining from the inside - cheaper than a new roof, but still an unwelcome extra cost. Both teams worked hard, were polite and cleaned up well each night. My only serious gripe is with the Government who advocated this form of insulation even giving "Green Grant" to install it. Of course now it been proven to be dangerous for UK roofs preventing house sales and mortgages the Government is washing its hands of any responsibility.

Pleased with the service. The staff didn't stop at all. Due to traffic and accidents they were late starting but kept me informed on the start time and once here they certainly worked non stop to make up the time. The outcome of the work and the cleanliness of the area was excellent. The increase of the cost to me due to the surveyor initially mistakewas regrettable. I would personally recommend Nexcore to remove insulation from a loft.

The company was very helpful, the two men who came were very pleasant and worked efficiently and tidilly.

Arrived early to start job. Friendly cheerful and efficient. Explained everything that was needed and how it would be handled. Completed job within 4 hrs as expected.
Explained a visit would be made approximately every 6 months to check filter and replace if needed.
