Signed up to pay what I thought was postage on a free baby box on Facebook to find I was signed up to an expensive subscription instead. Fortunately I check my junk box so saw this quickly & immediately cancelled. Had to raise a dispute with credit card for a refund as my email requesting this was ignored despite their own T&C clearly stating any payments would be refunded if cancelled within 14 days which I did. They’ve told card company they will refund within 20 days. Given the other similar reviews regarding unknowingly signing up, there is clearly some scam going on somewhere.
