Absolute scam
Absolute scam , like many lured in by competition on Facebook from who I thought was Screwfix to win a dewalt socket set, £2.50 for postage. Then got the email from nexsmartinvest saying I had signed up to them . Rung them and subsequently had email to say my subscription has been cancelled but I want my money back. I have informed my credit card and police.

I have been in contact via the email and explained I have been scammed I have not knowingly signed up to your company as I believed the details I was entering and the payment I was making was for a baby box, I have not used the services of your company or logged onto the account as I did not even know it existed until I was charged £40.99. Al emails about the subscription had fell into my spam. I physically cancelled the subscription as soon as I was aware and contacted your company asking for the refund to which I have continually being refused. Completely unethical scam company that are fraudulently taking money. Contact action fraud, companies house and your bank.

I noticed that when someone writes negative reviews revealing the truth behind the seen ,you guys reply with almost the same context almost identical.
This is really serious dangerous fraudulent website that POLICE should look at and investigate seriously bcz a lot of people became a victim by this those criminals.

I had to contact this company as I also paid for what I thought was postage but turned out to be a subscription.
I went onto their live chat and explained the situation and they cancelled my subscription.
Once I had provided them the full details of the link that I used and the steps that I had taken they realised that this was likely an abuse of one of their marketing campaigns and they not only cancelled the subscription but also refunded my initial payment.
