Lovely to hear that you have had a good experience here at NEXT Forsikring. We always try to provide as professional a service as possible, but still with a personal touch. The prices on our website are low, because our customers are able to order their own insurances. This way we can save money on wages, and instead lower the prices of our insurances.

Good to hear that you have found a low price on your insurance here at NEXT Forsikring. We believe in offering insurances where the coverages are solid, but the prices are low. All we require in return, is that the customers are able to calculate and order their insurances themselves at our website www.next.dk. That way we can keep our administration at a minimum, and at the same time give our customers insurances at a very low price.

It's always nice to hear from customers who is satisfied with their insurances here at NEXT Forsikring, and who have, at the same time, saved a lot of money on their premiums as well.

Here at NEXT Forsikring our ultimate goal, is to be able to offer cheap insurances to our customers, without them having to have less coverage.

Vi har hos NEXT Forsikring valgt at skabe et forsikringskoncept, som bygger på selvbetjening og online kommunikationsværktøjer. Dette gør, at vi kan tilbyde gode priser til vores kunder på deres forsikringer, men det betyder bestemt ikke, at vi på nogen måde går på kompromis med den gode dækning. Det er vi glade for at læse, at du også oplever :)

Vi er rigtigt glade for at du synes om vores forsikringskoncept her hos NEXT Forsikring. Med en side hvor man som kunde selv skal beregne sine forsikringer, kan vi spare en masse penge som ellers ville gå til telefonsælgere. Det vi sparer kan vi derfor give i rabat på forsikringerne i stedet, så man som kunde altid får en skarp pris her hos NEXT Forsikring.

We always aim to make the ordering process as simple as possible, where you can choose the coverages that you feel you need, without an aggressive salesman, who tries to sell you more than needed.

If you ever have a claim to make, the process will be just as smooth and easy as placing the order. Most claims are handled online, and within very few days.

We are happy to see that you found our website and service easy and smooth.

It is very easy for us to accept foreign seniority/claimfree years, as long as the customers have the correct documentation ready, which you had. When people have correct documenation for their claimfree years, it is easy for us to read and accept it, and we can often start the insurance almost instantly afterwards.

We are so glad to hear that you are happy and satisfied being a NEXT customer. We have chosen to have long opening hours here at NEXT, as we can't expect all of our customers to have the time to contact us within normal opening hours. We are aware that we have to communicate to and with our customers in a language they can understand, as insurance in itself can be difficult to understand.

We find the mail/chat support, especially effective, when we are in contact with our English speaking customers, especially when English isn't the native tongue of the customer. It makes for a more precise and effective communication in almost all cases. The site itself also provides a very easy way for non-Danes to order their insurances at their own pace.
