Unreasonable time delay to respond to…

Unreasonable time delay to respond to complaint, already over 8 week timeframe and extended again, will be sending to FOS if not resolved soon.

I took out a loan of £250 a couple of …

I took out a loan of £250 a couple of weeks. Paid it back the day later because I didn't need it at time. I have subsequently required loan and applied a few times and refused every time. I have moved my.business elsewhere today and accepted straightaway. Nextcredit are a company that are not to be recommended. Go elsewhere with your business

Shocking

Took a loan out for 6 months paid it back 2 months early so thought Christmas is coming a little extra cash not go a miss so applied for another only to get rejected I don't know how they worked it out but I would definitely NOT use them

Unacceptable

This company is not ran properly or fairly.

They take up to a week to respond to any enquiries including attempts of payment, meanwhile piling on fees and interest. Their website says payments have not gone through when they have. The staff are rude, pretend to be clueless, actively ignore questions/offers about making payments and try and swerve the subject so that they can waste time and add extra interest.

The whole set-up is designed to cause the consumer as much of a financial penalty as possible. Ran like a scam.

The worst payday company on the market, try ANY other one out there. All others I have dealt with work with you not against you.

Please don't get a payday loan with this company!

I fell into financial difficulty and this company were anything but supportive when I tried to set up a payment arrangement with them. They were instead judgemental and critical of me having got into that situation, hardly the best way to encourage someone to pay.

Their card system doesn't work to processs payments most of the time. The staff are rude and arrogant. Even if you explain you are in financial difficulty they just keep piling on more interest to make your situation harder. Stick with reputable honest payday lenders that will work with you if you fall into financial difficulty such as Uncle Buck, PDUK or Mr Lender. This company made my life a misery despite me trying really hard to pay back what I owed.
