SCAM!!! BE CAREFUL!!!
They will charge you for things that dont exist. Do not give your money to them. Pay a little more and get someone who you can trust!!

I've used them for many videos and I keep coming back. Good to work with and they deliver what they say they are going to deliver.

They are a con! They've taken $770 of mine 9 weeks ago with no results. The names they give you are false and the company has no ABN therefore there is no ability for Australian authorities to bring them to justice.

They said they'd happily refund me - they haven't. They state 100% money back guarantee - it's just words.

AVOID THEM!

In response to their reply below. I have reached out more than 3 times now to them with no response. They say they’ll look into it and then I never hear from them.

All I wanted was a logo I knew what I wanted it wasn’t complicated yet they never listened to me or read my instructions, time after time I asked for particular edits to the image nothing complicated yet they were not done. I paid $200 for the image to be made up then after weeks and weeks we got the image finally how I wanted it and then they asked me for another $500 to register it - they told me it had to be registered I did my research and realised this was not correct and they tried to hold my image to ransom until I paid up - be very careful with these people they tell you lies and try to get more money out of you. They are not even in Australia even though I was told they were....they even pretended they were in the same time zone!

Now they want me to contact them due to my review - a contract is a contract you pay a price for something you cannot start demanding more money for something that wasn’t part of the original contract nor mentioned at the time...what they are doing is not legal and it doesn’t look like I’m the only one read the reviews others have put up....steer clear of these people!!

After a bad experience with other logo and website designers I found it refreshing to deal with a company I could trust to do what they say in Next Logo Designs. I am extremely grateful, especially to Chris Jones there who has gone the extra mile to accomodate my demanding requirements. I wound up with a great logo and website for my 1954 established business and I will be using them again in the future due to a 5 Star Rating of excellence from me which is well deserved.
