Parasites and Thieves
These people are parasites and thieves. They have drained my bank accounts of over $50k and control all of my lifetime investments. They are also forcing themselves on my husband and me. They are wasteful of my money and offer very little value-added for what they do. They fail to properly fulfill their fiduciary duties as required by law. Because of this I'm always scared and sad.
Incredible journey
At one point i couldnt walk up the stairs... after been hospitalized and locked in a room for nearly a month at pinderfirlds I was diagnosed with severe asthma to been under observation for COPD at 30 years old and still living everyday with it now, I decided to make a change. I moved to Cheshire I joined @nxtepknutsford and in a matter of months I was competing at @turfgames with the gym family
I cannot thank everyone enough who has been on my journey
Now at 32 I can lift 110kg on a deadlift
I can run .... some sort of distance and always improving as much as my lungs will carry me.
Never give up and push to be better
We saw. We came. I conquered! 🏆
Great program
Great concept, great setup. The mentors have a lot of miscommunication going on. I spent an unnecessary couple hundred dollars cancelling childcare and hotels because they scheduled me for the wrong labs and clinicals twice. I almost spent another unnecessary hundred dollars because they wanted me to get a third tb test. Lots of typos in the theory portion.
I want to first say my in person…
I want to first say my in person instructor was amazing for the labs. NextStep is generally a really great way for someone who is working to get a CNA license. However, I have some problems with the organization and transparency of the mentorship program.
I felt like I was shuffled around a bit with mentors and scheduling of clinicals. The only other complaint I have is that some of the skills in the app have really glaring spelling and grammar errors, which did not inspire confidence that the materials were prepared at the highest caliber level.
All that said, I still believe in the merit of the program and think that more licensure and certifications should be made available through programs like NextStep.
Stay Away!
I do not in any way, size shape or form recommend NextStep's CNA training, especially if you are interested in the job placement aspect of their services. Due to NextStep failing to perform their due diligence in a professional capacity, I was not adequately and appropriately forewarned about issues that could prevent job placement and am therefore still unemployed today (12/07/2021), despite graduating from their training program on 10/22/2021. When confronted with their error/omission, staff has provided flippant, canned responses and was only willing to work with me for as long as they felt appropriate, regardless of their error/omission playing a primary factor. The building for labs/classroom was incredibly rundown and dingy. The app for training was filled with spelling errors, grammatical errors and actually erroneous content which made being an engaged learner extremely challenging. NextStep is a perfect example of "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". I will go out of my way to actively warn people away from this dumpster fire. Your time and efforts are better spent at a traditional school.
Easy A
This program is user friendly, convenient and everyone is helpful and supportive. There were times tho I felt I was being pushed to finish. The reason I wanted to do it online was so I could do it at my pace. No regrets
Class, instructors and footage
Class and instructors did great, footage evaluation was kinda sporadic and inconsistent on grading. Would like to see if a standard was set for the footage before hand and not flip flopping with what was allowed and what’s not allowed.

Next Step was awesome
Next Step was awesome. It was everything it said it would be and more. You could learn at your own pace so if you want to take it slow you can but I liked the fact that I could dive right in and get it done. The labs were very educational. I learned so many skills and my advice to anyone going through the program is be prepared when you get there. It will make for a much better experience for everyone. The mentors are great, well at least mine was. Just dont hesitate to ask them anything because they do have all the answers. Next step helped me become a CNA which means a lot to me and it was fast and free. What more could I ask for.

I really enjoyed using nextstep to get my cna license. The app was mobile friendly which is really nice. I could literally do my work from anywhere! The in person classes were fun, the incentives were nice as well. I received a stethoscope and a gift card throughout the program and it was free. So that is amazing and appreciated. My mentor and instructors were all helpful and motivating.

I am impressed so I will express my profound gratitude to the Nextstep family for affording me the opportunity to advance my new career in climbing the first step on the professional ladder to become a CNA .
This program is very interesting and needs to reach out to other parts of Washington state like Spokane
This program encourages me to get a full nursing degree which am very optimistic to achieve by the grace of God.
I also hope and believe that in a not too distance future you’re going to establish LPN program
I will recommend NextStep
I will recommend NextStep, because I had a great experience during my training until I got my Sertificate. The instructors and mentors are very nice 👌. But for job placement not good experience, I never had the shift that I applied for, and I had to look out by myself.

While I appreciated the fact that the training would be at no cost, which was a plus considering that I didn't have a lot of financial resources to pay for school, I was disappointed that when I started my first day at my placement, I felt very unprepared. I was thrown into the deep end of the swimming pool so to speak and had to figure a lot of things out for myself. I am reluctant to take the skills test for my permanent license and am seriously seeking employment in a different field at this time. While this didn't work out for me quite the way I had hoped, I sincerely wish others all the success and hope it works better for them than it did for me.

This class was amazing and actually improved my confidence in myself. It's been "decades" since I've taken a class for anything. The instructors were beyond valuable and helped me improve my skills. I would recommend (and have) NextStep with 5 stars. Thank you so much for an outstanding experience!

It was a lot to learn at first
It was a lot to learn at first. I think there should be a little more hands on training. The skills may be simple enough but they need to be preformed correctly. I am taking a second practice mock exam since I didn't pass the first one
NextStep Review
Repetition of e-mails and text about the same subject (It is overwhelming)
Unprofessional coach- Coach ask you a question and 10 minutes later calls you back because she went to tell somebody at NextStep. Scary situation. (But there is nothing to hide at least at my side of the story) Communication and expectations are not clear. Also coach set up for an appointment send you an e-mail and text confirmation about your next telephone training with your coach but one day before call you and get upset because you did not answered the phone for your meeting. This type of mistake is constantly. I wish they fix it.
Training class: Training is scheduled but trainer or teacher doesn't show up to class. No e-mail of cancelation or being late are received. No body at NextStep answer the call when you call to get clarification about the trainer being late or class being canceled. There no apology not even when you tell them that you waited for 2 1/2 hours.
I didn't want to leave this review but I guess is NextStep protocol.

Review from Matt Matautia
Everyone from my Mentors to the Nurse Jessica Finch and Alexis I did my Clinicals with, everyone has been extremely helpful with the process. If I had the chance to do Clinicals all over again.... I would definitely do it!!!!
