I had a terrible experience with Nexus Auto Transport. I was shipping my BMW M4 and locked in a price after speaking with their representative. I was told they were confident they would have a driver the next day. They also said they had their own trucks and weren’t like other transport companies that simply broker shipments. After that, I heard almost nothing for over a week. Then I finally received a call saying they had found a driver, but only if I agreed to pay significantly more than the price we had already finalized. When I questioned why the price had suddenly changed, they completely switched their story and said they were just dispatchers and couldn’t guarantee the original price. They used a low price to get my business, then came back asking for much more after wasting over a week of my time. The communication was poor, the information I was given was wrong , and the entire process was unprofessional. I would not recommend Nexus Auto Transport to anyone looking for a reliable shipping company. If you’re quoted a price, don’t expect it to actually be honored.

Had a great experience with Nexus Transport! They handled everything perfectly. I was able to communicate with them and the driver. My car was shipped from South Carolina to Naples Fl. Without a problem. They produced exactly what they said.

Honest review based on my personal experience. I recently moved from OH to AZ and shipped 2 cars. I was absolutely stressed while browsing through the companies and getting quotes that varied widely. Was getting non stop calls from several companies after requesting quotes. I was especially worried about the ‘low quote bait switch’ tactics described on various social media platforms. I decided to go with Nexus for one of my cars as one of my friends was using the same company. Much to the relief of my anxiety, I would say that the process went smoothly. I read mixed reviews for nexus online, but my experience was very good thankfully. On the day my pick up window began, I got a call from nexus that they have a driver heading to AZ (the driver is also a resident of AZ, so kind of heading home), but he had to reroute from a neighboring state MA to OH to pick up my car. They requested if I would be ok to pay an additional 50$ to cover for this reroute. They told me, if I wasn’t ok, they will continue to look for another driver. Based on my circumstances of travel arrangements i thought this was ok in my situation and agreed. Then followed a smooth series of communications both from Nexus and the truck company. Smooth easy pick up. Excellent due diligence by the driver at the time of pick up and I got a call one day prior to delivery and car was at my door in perfect condition. Nexus as well as the truck company have communicated well with me through the process. I used another named shipping company for my other car. Thankfully that went ok too but there were a few minor glitches there. So I would choose nexus next time over the other. I understand the mixed reviews out there, but I had actually made preparations for the worst case scenario, fortunately it turned out Well for me. I appreciate all the positive as well as negative reviews out there That helped me make the decision about my cars shipping.

The process was easy and the driver called ahead of time to let me know when he'd be there, and he arrived when he said he would. Fast pick up and delivered on time. That's what I asked for, and they did not disappoint.

Recently used Nexus for my move from Florida to Long Island NY. Process was very easy from start to finish, great communication, competitive pricing, and smooth process. I would definitely utilize again in the future.

I paid for an expedited auto transport service yet the truck was not picked up nor delivered on time. The truck was picked up a day late and then I found out it was stuck in a lot full of cars for a few at least 3 days before being transported. I never received tracking on the vehicle and ultimately received my brand new vehicle a week late, with 6 additional miles on it, a deep scratch down to the metal, and stains into the clear coat on fender. UZ Auto transport was the delivery company and and should not be trusted either based on my horrific experience. My damage claim was denied even though I filed it a few hours after receiving the vehicle. Unethical to say the least. stay away from both of these businesses.

Nexus Auto Transport exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They picked up and delivered our Mini Cooper exactly when promised, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, with consistent updates and follow-up. Our driver was professional, friendly, courteous, and inspired confidence from the moment we met him. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Nexus Auto Transport again and highly recommend them. Five stars all the way! They also had a great delivery service and fair price!

Excellent communication! Quick delivery pickup date and quick to get the motorcycle to the delivery address across country. Highly recommended!

Manager want money for Insurance ok then money for stamp for custom then money for international customs plus 150 per overnight hold fee. Absolutely refuse to deliver without fees paid pay by Razer gold cards 500$insurance then 600 for custom stamps then 700 for international customs complete with sticker plus overnight hold fees absolutely ridiculous now still stuck their

Best ever. Used another service a few months ago. They were 2 weeks late. Poor excuses. Nexus was on time and delivered early.

Excellent service front company reps. Great communication by driver. Transported 3 vehicles for us. All arrived in excellent condition and ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

Driver delivered car without damage. They scrambled last minute to find a driver but it worked out in the end.

Told me they would deliver my truck same day. Three days later, no car. When I called to follow up they said they found someone to take it the 45 mikes from the dealer to my house but I ceased the price from $495 to $1,019!! There has to be better companies out there!!

Fantastic experience getting my truck shipped from Minnesota to Michigan! It was super easy and fast to get a quote, and to place my order. They were at the dealership within an hour of me placing my order and were courteous to the dealership staff. The shipping time was fantastic my truck arrived within 24 hours, not to mention the price was very fair. My truck made it home safe and probably the best part was that there were no surprise fees. I paid exactly the amount I was quoted and not a dollar more. Next time I have to get a vehicle shipped I’ll be going with Nexus again because it was so easy.

If you ever need to ship your car, use Nexus! Both the driver and coordinator were extremely accommodating, professional, and communicative. Plus they were super fast; my car was delivered in a matter of days--way sooner than I had expected! Cheaper than other places I looked too. I'll be using them again if I ever need to transport my car again.

If I could rate this below a 1 star I would, I contacted their sales person, named Mike, who consistently informed me the vehicle would be shipped that next day but to make sure we can put a couple of days on there, big mistake. Mike disappeared once I agreed to the contract and signed, unfortunately the nightmare began for me. I couldn't get in touch with anyone from the numbers and would need to call the generic 888 number to get any answers. Harold, who informed me he is an executive in the company, told me they would keep me informed and gave specific times they would text and call, never happened, he informed me that they are speaking with 3 companies and will have the company in the next hour or so but will definitely ship the vehicle in the next morning, which didn't happen. Each time I call to speak with someone, they are never available. There has even been a bait and switch on cancellation, "Mike" informed me that I could cancel without charges if a vehicle wasn't dispatched, "Harold" informed me that that is not true and they can charge me the entire amount because they invested so much time into this and it is the company's top priority.

I wish I could leave a better review, but my experience with Nexus Auto Transport has been incredibly frustrating.

I booked a vehicle shipment from Orlando, FL to Salt Lake City, UT based on the timeframe they advertised. I paid my deposit upfront, signed the contract, and was told they could typically secure a driver within 2–7 days. It’s now been more than 14 days, and I still have no confirmed pickup or delivery date.

What has made this even more disappointing is that after waiting over two weeks, I was told they have a route but now want to increase the price by more than $500 over the amount we originally agreed to in the signed contract. After all this time, I’m essentially being asked to pay more or start the process over.

To be fair, multiple representatives have reached out to me throughout the process, but every conversation ends with the same explanation: “We’re trying to secure a driver.” Unfortunately, communication without results doesn’t solve the problem.

If you’re considering Nexus, be aware that the quoted price and estimated timeline may not be what you ultimately experience. My vehicle still hasn’t been scheduled, I still don’t have a confirmed date, and after more than two weeks of waiting, being asked to pay hundreds more than the agreed-upon price has been extremely disappointing.

I hope Nexus takes ownership of situations like this and honors the commitments made to its customers.

Nexus provided me with a quick quotation for the transportation of my truck and then performed to my expectations. My truck arrive quicker than expected, which was really nice. I would have no hesitation to trust them again.
