If I could rate this below a 1 star I would, I contacted their sales person, named Mike, who consistently informed me the vehicle would be shipped that next day but to make sure we can put a couple of days on there, big mistake. Mike disappeared once I agreed to the contract and signed, unfortunately the nightmare began for me. I couldn't get in touch with anyone from the numbers and would need to call the generic 888 number to get any answers. Harold, who informed me he is an executive in the company, told me they would keep me informed and gave specific times they would text and call, never happened, he informed me that they are speaking with 3 companies and will have the company in the next hour or so but will definitely ship the vehicle in the next morning, which didn't happen. Each time I call to speak with someone, they are never available. There has even been a bait and switch on cancellation, "Mike" informed me that I could cancel without charges if a vehicle wasn't dispatched, "Harold" informed me that that is not true and they can charge me the entire amount because they invested so much time into this and it is the company's top priority.

I wish I could leave a better review, but my experience with Nexus Auto Transport has been incredibly frustrating.

I booked a vehicle shipment from Orlando, FL to Salt Lake City, UT based on the timeframe they advertised. I paid my deposit upfront, signed the contract, and was told they could typically secure a driver within 2–7 days. It’s now been more than 14 days, and I still have no confirmed pickup or delivery date.

What has made this even more disappointing is that after waiting over two weeks, I was told they have a route but now want to increase the price by more than $500 over the amount we originally agreed to in the signed contract. After all this time, I’m essentially being asked to pay more or start the process over.

To be fair, multiple representatives have reached out to me throughout the process, but every conversation ends with the same explanation: “We’re trying to secure a driver.” Unfortunately, communication without results doesn’t solve the problem.

If you’re considering Nexus, be aware that the quoted price and estimated timeline may not be what you ultimately experience. My vehicle still hasn’t been scheduled, I still don’t have a confirmed date, and after more than two weeks of waiting, being asked to pay hundreds more than the agreed-upon price has been extremely disappointing.

I hope Nexus takes ownership of situations like this and honors the commitments made to its customers.

Nexus provided me with a quick quotation for the transportation of my truck and then performed to my expectations. My truck arrive quicker than expected, which was really nice. I would have no hesitation to trust them again.

We had a very good experience with Nexus. The coordination and communication was excellent! The shipping company engaged by Nexus was extremely professional, prompt, and continued the great communication. No issues. I would highly recommend.

They were very prompt about their delivery and got my car to me with days of me placing my order. Car came in perfect condition and the driver was very nice.

Price was the most competitive for my kei car. shipping was incredibly quick being picked up just a day and a half after ordering. Was kept updated throughout the process and customer service had no wait time if you needed to speak to them. Will be using this service again!

My experience with Nexus was five stars, from start to finish. I received phenomenal service from the customer service team, from receiving a quote, and also the dispatch guy that drop my truck off front and center to my door in excellent condition.. I will also use Nexus transportation service and will also pass the word to my friends and family. They are running a phenomenal business. Thanks again Nexus you have gained a new customer. 5 stars.

They deserve no stars. Please AVOID this company. I found them through Forbes, which is a total lie and scam. They should not be on the top broker car transport. They will not find a driver for your vehicle in time or within the promised price when you originally book. They are not helpful and will not return your calls. They truly made my move stressful. They kept blaming the time frame even though I booked with them months in advance as they recommended. They practically waited until I left California to start trying to look for a driver which caused so much stress since I needed to find reliable people to leave my car and keys with. They actually advised me to leave the keys in the car unattended in LA. Honestly please do not use this company. They will waste your time and cause unnecessary stress during your move. And for the customer service rep who sees this post, please do not bother in replying. Shame on you for wasting my time.

Great auto shipper company. I have shipped a lot of cars. Nexus has been the best. Just shipped a Cadillac from Portland to Phoenix. Spotless. Ben the driver was absolutely professional. Exceeded my expectations

This was one thoughtful company to work with again. This is a fourth time I’ve used for transportation of bikes, and automobiles. Try them. You will not regret.

Positives:
- The website is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
- Once you request a quote, the team immediately contacts you to verify your information and needs of service.

Negatives:
- After receiving a quote, they can change the price on you. And nowhere on their website is there a disclaimer that expresses that.
--- I booked a transport a month of than needed. They changed my price by $350 dollars. Completely a rip off when no policy or disclaimer is provided. Their clerk and supervisor acknowledged there is no policy or statement towards such practice.
- They fail at communicating updates on your scheduling of transportation. I had to call to the day of requested pick up to ensure all was still well.
- They failed at communicating how I wanted to pay. Apparently you can pay them entirely by card.
--- They initially told me a charge will be from my card. However upon delivery, the driver asked for the remaining balance in cash or Zelle. Completely unprofessional in my opinion.
- They do not provide updates of travel of your vehicle as promised.
--- The driver called me day of with a 3 hour window of delivery.

Overall:
I am completely disappointed in the service of this company. The greatest thing they did was selecting a phenomenal driver.

I was very happy with the service I received from Nexus. They were very professional, showed up on time and treated my classic car with care and made me feel secure knowing that my car would be safe and securely handled to its destination. I would definitely use them again.

They do extremely professional work in car transportation. They picked up my car from my doorstep exactly on the day they promised. Everything was very straightforward. The driver was incredibly kind and respectful. This was my first time working with this team, and I can’t point out a single thing that was missing or could have been better. For the delivery, since I wasn’t going to be home, they parked the car themselves in the driveway. I’ve never come across such a reliable car shipping company before. Their prices are also extremely reasonable compared to the market. Thank you, guys — you’re doing a fantastic job!

From start to finish very easy to get my daughter's jeep towed to a dealer 160 miles away. Was able to get it done the very next day, super accomodating, the driver was very nice new exactly what he was doing. Couldn't ask for more!

I highly recommend Nexus. They did exactly what they promised and more. The car was picked up promptly and delivered on time. We even changed the delivery address and it was still delivered on time. The driver was very personable. Their pricing was very competitive.
