This experience was amazing!! The pricing was beyond fair!!! They were upfront with all the cost!!! The driver was amazing!! The communication was clear and the driver communicated with me every step of the way!!! He was fast and took great care of my car!!! I will definitely use this company again!!

Great company. They had me setup with a carrier within 2 days. The carrier that was assigned DC Auto Transport did a fantastic job. No bait and switch here, the price they quoted me, I paid. Car got shipped from Baltimore to Chicago in 3 days.

We recently used Nexus Auto transport company to move our new car across state lines, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were prompt, courteous, and highly professional throughout the entire process.
Our vehicle was handled with great care and arrived right on time, transported securely on a flatbed. The driver was especially professional—he kept us informed every step of the way, providing updates on his location and expected arrival time, which gave us real peace of mind.

Had a wonderful experience all around shipping one car from San Francisco to Georgia. Easy and fast pickup scheduling (within ~2-3 days), good communication, and a faster-than-expected delivery, all for a reasonable price in my area. On February 24, 2026, I contracted Nexus Auto Transport to mov my vehicle from Virginia to Texas. Communication was initially fine then got worse. The truck showed up later than scheduled and picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was in mint condition. When the vehicle was delivered it had a bad film of chemicals all over it. In addition, there was a significant gouge in the paint and front end. Nexus was contacted and advised it was not their issue, and I would have to contact the trucking company they contracted for the transport. When I asked for the insurance information, they said I would have to get that from the company as well. When I attempted to contact the trucking company, I would get no response to text, email or phone. After many more emails and calls to Nexus they finally provided an insurance certificate and advised I had to contact the insurance company. When I attempted to contact the insurance company, they advised they were the liability carrier and could not cover damaged cargo. There was no cargo insurance listed on the certificate of insurance. Again. I contacted Nexus, since the trucking company, would not respond, and they stated they cannot help that it is my problem with the trucking company.

The damage cost $1,400 to repair out of my pocket because Nexus failed to assist with the carrier they contracted. In addition, four weeks after the transportation, I received a toll bill for failing to pay violation from HCTRA because the truck driver had taken my vehicle off the truck and used it for his personal use in Houston going through $100.00 worth of tolls. The vehicle was then delivered to the destination.
This company has been a nightmare to deal with and now will not respond as well. A $1,000 transport has now cost me $2,500 and I now have to file lawsuits against the carrier and Nexus to recover my damages for something that could have been handled by the insurance company except that Nexus is using uninsured contract carriers.

Stay away from Nexus Auto Transport. I had my 2017 Ferrari F12 delivered from Florida. The car was PPF’d upon purchase and never driven since. The driver took detailed pictures of the car upon pickup at the dealership with no notation of any damage. When I received the car yesterday, the lower carbon fiber front bumper was scraped on both sides. I provided pictures to them of the car prior to being picked up and pictures of the damage, which they dismissed. The pictures they provided when they picked up the car showed no damage and there was no notation of any damage reported by the driver at pickup. I will be reaching out to my attorney to have them be accountable for the damage

Great experience with this company! From our first interaction with Martin to the scheduling with Roman, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and super helpful. The initial booking was easy and painless. We had to reschedule our pickup twice — no problems or hassles there at all. Our driver, Makhmed, was fantastic. The car was delivered in enclosed transport, as promised, and super fast. Makhmed was friendly, courteous, and took great care of our vehicle. This company made a very stressful cross country move as easy and smooth as it gets! If we ever need to ship our cars again, we will certainly be using them. Thank you!

Horrible!!!! Do NOT waste your time and money!!!! Confirmed months ago and last minute changes with no discount or reimbursement. Will be reporting to better business bureau and every site that I can post a review.

Fantastic, far above expectations for communication, scheduling, coordination, and transparency. My car arrived in excellent condition and the driver was stellar. I did not have to worry about anything between Brian and Ilrke. They are true assets to Nexus!

My order was placed on 3/19/26 for a pickup no later than 3/31/26. I was promised that my car would be picked up between 2/28 and 3/30. On 3/28 I was advised that the car would be picked p on 4/1/26. On 3/31 Iwas told that you had not found a driver and the car would now be picked up about 4/6/26 and there would be an additonal cost of around $300.00. There professionalism STINKS. Do not use this company!!!!!

The used a company call Ok Auto Carries and they were amazing. The delivered the class auto on time. It was bubble wrapped!! Had great communication with them and they were on time. Had a amazing system for hauling your precious vehicle

UPDATE: Nexus Auto Transport quoted $701, then on the day of pickup (TODAY) demanded an additional $875 to actually move the vehicle, blaming a “gas price spike.”

Turns out the $701 is just their broker fee—they never secured a carrier at that price. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch: low quote upfront, then a major price increase when you’re out of options.

Nexus Auto Transport is a broker—not a carrier—and that’s not clearly disclosed. They don’t transport vehicles; they just try to find a driver after taking your payment.

Before payment, communication was constant and aggressive. After payment, it stopped—no updates and no clear answers on pickup.

The “3-day pickup” is misleading. The timeframe passed with no effort, no accountability, and only weak excuses.

Lacks transparency, reliability, and follow-through. Not recommended.

This company is so unprofessional my car was supposed to be picked up Monday and delivered Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday so Monday it’s supposed to be picked up never got picked up then they found out the truck was messed up Wednesday delayed me Car got picked up Friday traveled Saturday got to Chicago and now another issue and I’m delayed again and I got charged more for a different truck. I highly recommend not going through this company and finding something else.

Contracted to have auto shipped from Florida to Washington State. Upon delivery, the driver literally runs off. I get in the car (2003 Mercedes E320) The driver had broken the Rear view mirror and the entire assembly. I contacted the company and detailed the situation and provided photos of the damage. They stated they would inform the subcontractor who would subsequently inform their liability insurer. In the interim, I took the vehicle to Mercedes Benz. The did a temporary fix as the mirror was dangling and was obviously a safety issue (unable to see out the rear view mirror). The temporary fix can to $166.00. The full replacement quote from Mecerdes came to $1527.26. In total comes to $1694.00. I sent all the information and repair quotes to Nexus. I have not heard a work since September 2025. They do not stand behind their service nor hold their contractors accountable. I would NEVER again use or recommend this company to anyone. This is unacceptable.

Great communication about pickup and drop off times. Everything went as planned. I would definitely use Nexus again.

Excellent service. We had a fantastic driver, Alex, who arrived on time and kept us informed of status. The car was delivered in perfect condition on time. Also, there were no additional charges or fees!

After setting up a one way transport with well over a week advanced notice, this company never showed or gave me any updates. When I spoke with someone they continually told me they were trying to set up a driver and they’d call me back. I never received any phone calls. Like other reviews I’ve seen, do not expect your schedule to matter at all
