Fishy

Let's start with the fact that the website itself is poorly designed. There's no way to manage your account, no way to set a password, no way to cancel an order on the website, and the separate cancellation link doesn't work at all. Regarding refunds, the website only provides a description of the circumstances under which a refund can be issued, via a separate link! As far as I understand, contacting the administration is only via email, and any questions or problems that arise are also handled by email! But they charge your order instantly! How convenient!)
The service itself is extremely questionable. My order still hasn't arrived (11 days within the EU). The delivery company (in this case, DPD) not only failed to deliver the goods, but also claims they(nfo) didn't provide the delivery address in detail! Also, if you register on the NFO website, you start receiving emails from some German company like Trust Pilot. And some emails (in my case, about confirming a subscription, which they try to push on you on the website in the form of the best prices for the product) do not pass simplelogin's anti-phishing protection.
In short, the company and website are highly questionable, even though the name mentions "Norwegian Fish Oil," which I understand is where they purchase their raw materials but not related to the NFO company itself!

Unfortunately, as I already said, I can't comment on the product quality, as they simply can't deliver it to the customer for almost two weeks!!! ;)

I don't understand how such online purchasing sites are allowed in the EU, without the option to return or cancel the purchase directly on the website, especially for products related to health!

I use the vitamins from this…

I use the vitamins from this manufacturer for a long time already, and I am very pleased with the results of the use. In my most recent purchase I bought other vitamins they offer as a substitute to the ones I tried out in the past, as these proved themselves to be more effective. Highly recommended!
