What an excellent result NgUK Associates got for me. A substantial business rates reduction, just as I had asked. Not to mention the welcoming customer service that they provide. Highly recommend for fellow businesses. Honestly missing out, a lot of money to be saved.

Reduced our business rates and has saved us a lot of money and hopefully we'll continue to save money.
It took a few months but we received confirmation from the council and a refund of over £2000.

The only criticism is their communication wasn't the best, more response on emails/ phone calls would improve the service and rid any doubts after initial payment upfront.

They called me to say they would reduce my rates and they did. I am very happy with the service and have saved thousands thanks to paul and his team.

After paying £600 cheque I had written it off as a mistake. I had no contact via email or phone. Nobody would respond.
18 month later I had contact from the council telling me my rates had been reduced.
I am unsure if I would recommend as there was no customer service after taking our money. But saying this, although they lied about how they could save me money. Whatever they did worked and they have reduced our rate under the threshold, so now we don't pay anything.

Cannot believe the audacity of this company, just received an email from Paul Harrison asking if we would like our rates investigating. He seems to forget they swindled us out of £834.00 back in 2015. This company is just a money making scam AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ! Having investigated it myself after being done over, they have no influence whatsoever over your rates and other than submitting a form on your behalf, do nothing else in the process. You can submit the form yourself to the rates office FOR FREE !
DO NOT PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH TO THESE COWBOYS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!
