Not impressed

They never have enough stock. Also have never replied to any of the emails sent with queries. Very unimpressed.

I still haven't received my order and…

I still haven't received my order and is been 21 days since i ordered item. Customers services team dont respond to queries sent to them. Bad experience overall. Wouldn't recommend

delayed shipping and no costumer service

I purchased on your website 3 weeks ago and heard nothing! I reached out 3 times already trough mail to 2 different email addresses and the mail keep bouncing back! where is my package? I see that you don't ship to Israel but when I made the order you did! so I expect to get my package or get my money back but I can reach you!

I am very sorry you have not managed to reach us, please can you email customerservice@nibbling.co.uk and I will look into this straight away for you.

We unfortunately had to make the hard decision to restrict shipping to Israel for the time being as too many packages were being delayed leaving our customers very unhappy.

We did email all customers who had placed an order after we cut off the shipping explaining we would refund their order.

Order lost and good out of stock

A week after placing the order I had heard nothing, so chased it up to find that there 'had been a glicth' which meant they didn't actually have the item. I get mistakes happen but as an online retailer myself I find it amazing how people manage to loose orders and sell stuff they don't have in stock! Maybe an inventory management package is required.

The glitch in our system was down to an inventory error with our system syncing. I am really sorry this happened.

Regarding the lost package, again I am very sorry this happened, once packages leave our warehouse and are with the courier it is very difficult to manage the package all the way as we have to rely on the courier to fulfil the service they provide.

I am very sorry for the disappointment with this, we have recently had to make the hard decision to temporarily stop shipping to Israel as we have had several orders with severe delays due to the local mail services in your country - some customers have waited over 2 months to receives their packages.

So to reduce disappointment from our customers with not receiving items in a reasonable time and this also having a negative impact on our company also we have had to make this call I am afraid.

I am very sorry for this and we are hoping we can open up shipping to your country again soon.

As stated online all personalised items have a 14 day lead time which does not include the shipping time. We have tried to make this as transparent as possible by repeating it in various places on our website including at checkout, I apologise if you missed this.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email to say your order is 'complete' and a tracking number for your parcel will shortly follow.

I apologise for any confusion and if you could please kindly review this review it would be much appreciated as we only want our customers to be happy with he service we provide.

Poor shopping experience

Taken a long time for the items to be dispatched.
The company’s communication isn’t that good either. No reply to emails! Which isn’t helpful. Not sure I’d shop with them in the future.
