My experience has been very disappointing.
My experience has been very disappointing.
I ordered a serum for hair loss and received a product that appears to be expired — it was produced in February 2023, and today is June 2025.
Additionally, the packaging did not appear new, which raises concerns that the product may have been opened previously.

They state that it has a normal shelf life after opening - it is stated on the side. But it only applies after opening
So the product has not expired :)

Never received my order and later they refused to send the order again! Last time I ordered something from this company!
Two weeks i have waited for nothing. You were quick to get the order send back to you but no effort before to get it to me. No compensation or apology, only a smart mouth from your employee. I haven’t received my money back so hopefully you will do it as quick as cancelling my order without asking me!
