Placed an order on the 26 of March

Placed an order on the 26 of March. Today is the 6 of April and I still haven’t received it. No updates! Over 10 days to receive a parcel within Europe. Not good enough. The tracking sent to me also has no updates. Totally disappointed with this snails pace delivery. Hope I get my order latest next week or a refund

They made up to what was missing

Nice website and products. Didn't receive an order confirmation (invoice) and no info on shipping, which left me uncertain on how things were progressing. So had to reach out twice to their service. The person I emailed with was really helpful and kind. And meanwhile the package was on it's way.

Exceptional Customer Service and Swift Resolution

My package initially went missing, but when I reach out to the company, they promptly addressed the issue. They sent me a replacement package, which arrived very quickly. They customer service is truly exceptional. They were very helpful and caring. I am very happy with the service!

Unfortunately, the package was not picked up in time and Budbee has therefore started to send the parcel back to us.

Bad delivery service - waiting for more than 10 days

Delivery time is far too long (waiting for my package for more than 10 days)
Very bad delivery provider (buddee).
I want to be paid back.
