Wish i had read the reviews. Withdrew £5 paypal to now see its been cancelled
Dont hold out much hope after what ive read here.

I cashed out £5, I completely all surveys with honestly and for some reason they cancelled my cash out and removed all surveys from me, no email or explanation at all total scam artists

I've been using NiceSurveys for over 6 months, consistently completing surveys and successfully redeeming more than $650 via Apple Gift Cards (all previous redemptions arrived without any issues).
Everything was fine until a technical glitch occurred (the site became extremely slow and laggy). I contacted support to report the issue.
Immediately after that, surveys completely disappeared from my account ("No surveys available"), and they haven't returned since.
I've submitted numerous tickets afterward , but received ZERO responses – not even an acknowledgment.
This is very disappointing after investing so much time and effort, especially with a long history of successful payouts via Apple Gift Cards. Please check my account and either restore survey access or provide a clear explanation. Ignoring long-term paying users like this is unacceptable.

I had problems when starting to use nicesurveys. The surveys I had already. Finished didn“t appear- there werte no points that where counted. So I Write a ticket and was answered in a friendly way immediately so that the Problem could be solved right away and hasn“t appwared a second time. This makes me optimistic and trustful.

I'm not sure how this survey site is getting all these good reviews, but I have seen many that are the same experience as mine, which means people did surveys and then never got paid. I have reported this site to the Federal Trade Commission because I believe they're a scam. I've never had this issue with any other site.

Not trustworthy.
Nice Survey often blocks access to surveys for 1–2 days, and even when you complete a survey fully, you may not get paid because they claim your profile doesn’t match at the end. This happens far too often and wastes a lot of time. Very frustrating experience.

I was happy to give it six stars instead of five, reliable, fun and smooth, but since about 2 months I have been facing the message "No surveys available" that remains for at least a week after I reach +220 completed surveys, I contacted support and they told me it's not available for my profile yet and will be soon, but I think it's a payment restriction. Please resolve this issue and I will be happy to give it a 6-star rating

NiceSurveys approved a $1.00 payout, but when I requested $5.00, it was suddenly canceled with no proper explanation. If a platform can approve a smaller withdrawal, there is no valid reason to cancel a larger one unless something shady is going on.

This feels misleading and unfair. Users spend time completing surveys expecting to be paid, but once the amount increases, payouts become a problem. Support was not helpful and did not give a clear reason for the cancellation.

Approving small amounts and canceling larger ones is a huge red flag. Based on my experience, this site is unreliable and not worth the time.

Great experience so far! The platform is user-friendly, and the support team is very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable survey site.

My only crime was that I requested to be paid. They said their partners complained of quality issues, but I got email few hours to participate in available surveys before I requested for payment. If not that I requested for payout, I am sure that I will still be accessing and participating in their surveys.

I have checked various review sites and discovered that this approach has become their recent pattern. It has become a clever way of denying people their deserved hard earned reward. The moment you want to cash out, they come up with excuse that their partners complained against you and block your account. This is stealing from the people.

This is inhuman. This is evil. I completed 33 Surveys. It took me a lot in mental stress and valuable time. I don't even want to talk about surveys I successfully completed without being credited for it.

I was meticulous and diligent in my surveys' approach. Even if they don't want me to continue with their platform, Nice Survey should pay me what I have earned already. I will gladly continue elsewhere.

I deserve my sweat and hard work rewarded. I deserve my £10.

Nice Survey are scamming people. They are not sincere. If there is anything below 1 star, I will give them that. What a heartless bunch of scammers.

I ultimately had two, separate inquiries and James S was the one who assisted me with them both. He was extremely courteous, patient and answered my questions clearly and accurately; because of this Nice Surveys will be my main go-to for survey taking! Thank you so much again, James S!

I created an account on this site and reached the withdrawal limit of $10, but they haven't sent me the gift.

I like answering surveys here, it's awesome 😎 they have great customers service if any difficult issues they will solve it asap. 💯% would recommend

this site will not allow you to earn more than $5 per day if you passed this you will get a nice ban this is the true guys i just made $10 per day then get the nice ban quickly. small tip keep a way from this platform also Heyppigy both of them are the same

PLEASE REVERSE MY MONEY BACK,I AM ESCALATING THIS ISSUE ON ALL PLATFORMS.. IT SEEMS YOU PEOPLE DELIBERATELY ALLOW USERS TO DO SURVEY, ACCUMULATE FUNDS AND LATER YOU WILL REFUSE TO DISBURSE THE MONEY. THREE OF MY FRIENDS JUST ENCOUNTERED THE SAME PROBLEM AS MINE HERE..I MISTAKENLY MADE A WITHDRAWAL OF £15 ON 5TH DECEMBER,I ASKED THE TEAM TO CANCEL IT AND REVERSE MY MONEY..TEN 10DAYS HAS PASSED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.IT IS VERY VERY UNFAIR. RATHER YOU CHOSE SILENCE OVER PEOPLE EFFORT. REVERSE MY MONEY.THIS IS A SCAM
