ALL YOU COULD WANT FROM A CARD COMPANY ...and MORE
Everything about this company is great They deliver on EVERYTHING. They all actually CARE about their customers in a real old fashioned kind of way.' The customer is always right' kind of way. Nothing is too much trouble kind of way. I've not used another card company in about 5 years now and their app is on my home page. 'NICE THINGS BY HELENA' really IS NICE !!

Cards with beautiful sentiments and funny sentiments . Things that are not printed in mass produced cards but have proven perfect to give to friends and family in specific situations eg grief, health issues, as well as cards showing appreciation for friendship and fun
times . Delivery is very quick too

I placed my order on 4th April. It is now 13th April. I still haven’t received my order. One was for a friend’s birthday which is today. I have to travel to the shops to purchase a card now! INFURIATING 😡🤬

We emailed you several times before you wrote this review in response to your emails but we can only assume you haven’t seen our replies.
Your order was placed on Good Friday (3rd April) which was a bank holiday so no postal collections. Easter Monday was also a bank holiday so your order was dispatched on the first working day after your order.
This was just 3 working days ago. You chose to select second class delivery. Royal Mail’s delivery aim for second class is 1-3 working days but this can sometimes vary slightly so it should be with you soon.
We also offer first class delivery and guaranteed next day delivery for more urgent orders.
I hope this helps and that you will enjoy your order when it arrives as much as all of our 5 star reviewers have. Our customers are all very important to us so please do email us if you have any further questions.

Lovely products and brilliant service. I mistakenly put my own address for a card I wanted delivering direct to a friend so ordered another and requested one cancelled. Kate was great at making sure my order was correct and refunding me for the incorrect one!

Cards are very unusual and different. Quite expensive when you add on postage costs and the cost of actually sending it to the recipient. Service was good. Second time I have bought from this company and will do so again.
