i just received my order.

i just received my order.
the package smells so nice and the box is cute. excited to try the products.
one downside was that it took 9+ days for them to ship my package.

the nicest customer service

I really love the products I ordered, they are working so well on my skin. An item was damaged unfortunately, but the lovely customer service team immediately replaced it. Shipping in general was really fast and the team was very helpful with everything.

The shipping was very fast

The shipping was very fast. Unfortunately, I received an accidentally ordered product. After contacting customer service, they immediately processed the refund and I was also allowed to keep the product. The service is very cordial and helpful. The products are also top rated and effective ! I'll will ordering .
