DHL lost my parcel. The customer Service from Niche Beauty Lab answered immediately when I told them about not receiving their products. They have contacted DHL. Now their shipping their products again. Great customer Service.

I made a mistake with the adress and they brought my purchase tot the wrong house. When I contactes them, they were super fast to change the adress and send me the products

Greatest customer service! The shipment company lost my parcel, so I contacted the Niche Beauty. I was surprised, when company answered to my questions so fast! They shipped another one parcel and I’ve got my products, which I’m obsessed with! Definitely recommend!

Cancelled order and still hit with charges, no reply from customer service

I've ordered products to the UK which I wasn't aware of were shipped d from Spain. The additional charges I would've had to pay were almost the same as the products themselves and of course I wouldn't have ordered anything in the first place had I been made aware that the products were not shipped form the UK directly.

I got in touch with customer service and cancelled the order, noting that it was due to the charges. Now I've received an invoice from UPS and Niche Beauty have not replied to any of my emails for days which leaves me stranded with charges and no products.

I placed an order in June, after 2-3 weeks the tracking code was not updated, I contacted the company, they responded immediately to every question I had and politely agreed to contact the carrier, after a week I was informed that my package was lost, they explained to me and told me that they sent directly new package. The package arrived after 1 week with a gift. I will definitely prefer them again. Thank you.

Have been waiting for a month now for my order, and several emails to the company...
Still nothing

Placed my order over 2 weeks ago, still no confirmation of dispatch. Contacted them 6 days ago, they said there was a problem with my parcel being returned to their warehouse and they will send a replacement but haven’t received any confirmation that this actually been done. They have lost my trust considering it was my first purchase, I wouldn’t buy from them again. Will open PayPal dispute if nothing changes by the end of the week.

Update: 5 weeks later nothing was still shipped. Nothing was done to rectify the stress it caused me and time wasted contacting customer service over and over because they were really vague with the replies. In the end I have my refund however I would never deal with them again.

This deserves a higher rating.
I cautiously bought 2 products first time from them and I'm super happy I did. There were no issues with delivery, as for the products I got 'Acnemy Zitless' patches for deeper under skin pimples and it's very effective, just like 'ZitSticka Killa' patches (I found them first and was looking for cheaper alternative) just at half the price. After 2 overnight patches pimples come to surface and start healing, compared to weeks without the patch. Other product I got was 'Theramid Vitamin A' serum, as I was using 0.1 retinal creams for over a year (most often Avene) every single night, and my face didn't care much for it, saw maybe 10% improvement and was looking for something more potent without prescription. And while I can't say for sure if this will work I'm pretty convinced it will, while my face did not have any reaction to the product, my neck did as it's more sensitive. Usually if I use retinal for 4-5 days in a row on neck, I get a retinol burn for 1-3 days, but with this serum the burn lasted over a week (I generally don't use retinols on neck due to same reason, but as this was only quick indication I could get if this works similary or 'potentially' better than other retinal creams, I tried to do it). Also it smells so much better than all other retinal creams I've tried. I'll be buying more and will try using it for a year as it's one of the most potent formulas without prescription.

So I'm really happy with the quality of their products and service and I'm guessing other items might be of decent quality as well and definetly will give a try to more in future.

After seeing several reviews online I decided to purchase Niche Beauty lab products for my skin and I am very happy I did. They helped with my acne and skin texture. Very happy with the results I would recommend to anyone struggling with acne.

All the products I’ve purchased turned out to be awesome, and the shippings are super fast and efficient!

I am super happy with my Theramid products and my daughters are in love with their ACNEMY box with the assortment of products. The packaging and presentation are wonderful. The effects are almost immediate. The value for money is unbelievable. I will definitely keep trying them.
