Only interested in making money. Scot said to me that they have many properties to look after so they can't keep attending to mine. Had two lots of squatter and I had to attend to nearly all of it. They didn't help to get my work men in for repairs as the tenants didn't speak english and after 2 years I still haven't had some money back which I claimed from their deposits for call outs that they didn't open doors to.
It was me that asked them to investigate that there were lots of people living there. Tenants wrecked my property.
By-the-way, Barkers also operate under this name. Barkers look after working tenants and NH after students.
Scott will just keep fobing you off. I didn't know why I was paying them full management fees.
