I use to by nicocigs from my local…

I use to by nicocigs from my local Tesco then all of a sudden Tesco withdrew them from sale stating there was a legal issue.I then telephoned Nicocig direct to inquire about this and was told that because of an EU directive they have to change the packaging. This was fine as I found that I could buy them on line. The first batch that I received were fine then the next batch tasted of herbs and scent. They were horrible. I contacted Nicocig to find out why they had changed the recipe and was given a flat no they had not. They did say that they would send out a label to me so that I could send them back so that they could analyse them for me to see what was causing the bad taste. That was nearly three weeks ago I am still waiting for the label. I then today telephoned them again to find out what was happening about my complaint and was told that they purchased some from another retail outlet so that they could test them. Using the Christmas break as an excuse they said they had only received two results back which indicated that they were not their make. I am still waiting for the label and a satisfactory explanation as I have only got few left which means that I shall probably go back to smoking after nearly five months of trying to give up. Thank you very much Nicocig

faulty goods.

I recently sent back to Nicolites, a rechargeable battery that they replace free of charge because they are under a life time guarantee. This battery was a replacement that they sent me about 6-8 weeks before, I sent it back with a letter to explain what had happened. The reason of returning it was because I placed the battery into its U.S.B. adaptor and plugged it into my laptop, I then went out of my bedroom where the laptop was and went to my kitchen to make a cuppa, when I returned there was plumes of smoke coming from the battery, I went to pull it out of the computer and it was far to hot to hold and had to drop it on the floor at which point my laptop shut down. Obviously it was a faulty battery because I still use the adaptor on other batteries in the same laptop. I use Nicolite products all the time and have never had a problem at all, what I am writing about is that they replaced the battery no probs, but I would have liked some sort of explanation or whatever from them as to what might have caused this, I sent it back knowing I would get a new battery but also to let them know what happened so that they could look into it and rectify any problems ( if any) that they might find so that it wont happen again, I was lucky enough to be gone for just a few minutes, I just wonder what might have happened otherwise if I hadn't returned so soon.
