Ordered a bedwetting training watch for my daughter. It doesn't work - the alarm just goes off constantly so unusable. Tried emailing to organise a replacement but the email has bounced and the website no longer exists...

Gloves fell apart, cost me £65 plus £18 to return to China. Now email is bouncing back. Crooks

Compared to other reviewers I have probably done quite well. I do have two pairs of slip-resistant chefs' shoes in the size that I ordered. Neither pair is the right colour and now I discover that my most recent complaining email to "Sarah" is undeliverable. I. too, was offered a partial refund and asked to return them to China!! There needs to be somewhere to report companies like this and a way of banning them from advertising and cheating unsuspecting customers out of their money.

Bought a heated gilet (41655) with power pack. It’s ment to keep you warm once charged up. It is totally useless, do not buy. The power pack does not charge up even though I had it connected to electricity for 36 hours. It did not keep me warm at all which was the only reason I bought it. Such a waste of £63.00 !
Can’t find where to complain or who to write to.

After a couple of weeks the connections must have come loose on the heated jacket as it did not work then a strong burning smell came from the jacket. Definitely NOT SAFE. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering as clearly many with the same issue. Contacted the company weeks ago with no reply, now taking it further through my bank.

It all started ok , order arrived but it was too small, I asked for a bigger size and ‘Sarah’ sorted it but they sent the same size again . They then ignored my 20 odd emails simply asking to change for a bigger size . I have 2 heated gillets that don’t fit and one power pack

Never received my order, got the same reply every time I emailed them, very poor customer service,no refund, would not recommend using this company.

Do not use this fake website. They sent my body warmer after 2 weeks of waiting. It was really too big so I want to do a FREE RETURN as per their website, but this is complete rubbish you have to pay to send it back to CHINA!!! DO NOT USE!

I bought 2 heated gilets and 2 pairs of heated gloves. One gilet and battery was missing when the package arrived, eventually. My email about the missing gilet was replied to by Sarah but no refund. The gloves proved to be too large and I was given an address in Leeds to which I sent them by recorded delivery. Royal Mail was unable to deliver. Sarah the bot stopped replying to my emails. The address in London looks abandoned. I found 2 phone numbers but neither was answered. Nidfashions has not filed its tax returns. My recommendation is do not deal with them. I am considerably out of pocket.

A complete rip off, I bought heated gloves they do not charge. Cannot contact any to get refund, avoid at all costs.

I ordered a heated gilet Dec 24 which appeared to work fine. Zip slightly faulty so they offered to replace ( 2nd time wearing the heat didn’t work ! ) On the 8th Jan they told me the replacement would be with me by the end of the week … still waiting 22 Jan - for a ski trip at the weekend ! Wish I’m never bothered. Very disappointed. :(

I received some heated gloves as a Christmas present, however, these turned out to be faulty as they do not charge. I have tried contacting Nidfashions on numerous occasions for a replacement or refund, to no avail. Luckily we can get a refund through our credit card provider.

I had some minor difficulties with delivery of an item but
i am glad to say Nidfashion and in particular Sarah, who i found extremely helpful, sorted this out to my satisfaction and i would have no problem recommending this company.

Well, I hadn't read the previous customer reviews before ordering & I probably wouldn't have ordered if I'd done so! Having read them now, I agree the heated gilet did take ages to arrive as it contains a battery & has to come through UK Customs (no indication the company wasn't based in the UK)
Gilet was also faulty - things not looking good so far!
However, the Customer Service since then has been fabulous - they've kept me up-to-date with a really quick replacement, plus the product is great & perfectly suitable for its purpose.

Ditto what everyone else is saying. This is a fraudulent company. The heated waistcoat was faulty, getting too hot and draining power banks in less than an hour. It was a gift to an elderly person and not safe to use. On contacting support I was offered a series of circular emails, they do not respond to request for shipping label, they just send another circular style email offering discount keep item, send another or return to address in first, China, then London, then Leeds. No shipping label was sent as promised and so I was loath to return as I did not think it was genuine and didn't want to spend more money with them on postage. Their final circular style email says that I have to urgently provide shipping details or that is the end of my claim for refund.

Do not buy from these people. I am still waiting for my refund after sending back the item as it was faulty! I continue to get an automated response. This company are fraudulent. I am reporting to Action Fraud and Trading standards. Terrible service and con artists.

Further to my earlier post i can share an update with everyone. I ordered the gilet on the 30th Dec and checked evri tracking the next day it stated we have the parcel , The message has not changed since , I have chased Evri and Nidfashions and been given the runaround in fact Evri have stopped answering messages. Nidfashions Sarah sent an e mail saying we have sent the item same day ! and are using royal mail as they are reliable hmm further down the page it states if it has batteries it will be Evri !! it then states once it clears customs it will be sent out !! WHAT THE HELL. This company is a disgrace

Do not buy from this sight. I ordered heated gloves on 6th Dec 2024, the order has not arrived! They will not refund after many requests, the site phone number does not connect

Do not buy from this company, they purport to be based in London but everything comes from China. They state hassle free returns & pre-paid return postage but definately do not do what they say. I ordered heated motorbike gloves for my husband, I ordered large, but when they arrived they were too small. I was offered a partial refund, exchange, or return, but no offer of postage payment. The address I was given for return was China until I challenged this and was given an address in Leeds. The only way I eventually received a refund was to go via PayPal.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered a pair of gloves £72.92 had no response from emails all phone numbers are not available I have now opened a claim with PayPal. Keep well away a completely US company
