I ordered a gilet that arrived and didn't work, I obviously accept the isn't the company's fault but the manufacturer.
I had a great service, I contacted them via email and got a quick response and sent a replacement straight away.
Thank you and I wouldn't hesitate to order again

Service was appalling. I emailed regarding returning an item and to confirm an address to return it along with confirmation of the seller paying returns fees as this is what it states on the website. The response I received was awful I was threatened that if I did not return the item that they would not help no idea how I was expected to return an item with no returns label or address. After eventually them confirming an address in china and sending proof of return. I have still not had the the returns fees that I had to pay and the product payment returned despite the website stating this would be paid back.

Do not shop here!!

I have only given 1 star as cannot give zero. Wish we had read reviews before purchasing.
Bought heated socks for skiing and on day 1 had a severely burnt foot on the underside where the wires were. Will be reporting to trading standards and asked for liability insurance and solicitors details.

Very disappointed in this company my partner ordered me a heated gillet for Christmas because we thought it was a uk company he ordered it in plenty of time and he ordered my size I am for uk clothes.When it didn’t turn up he contacted them, and they said it was waiting to get through UK customs, he asked why it was coming through customs if it was a company based in the UK.This is when we discovered it was a company based in China and saw the reviews on here! He asked for a refund as it wasn’t going to come in time for Christmas but they said it was on its way and should be with us by the end of the week. I’m not opposed to ordering things in China as a lot of things are made there, I I just want to know if I am because there clothes come up smaller so I would’ve ordered a larger size and we would have known it wasn’t going to come in time! It came today and is very tight I will struggle to get a jumper under it but it’s really not worth sending it back because of how much it will cost to return to China at our cost! It does work but I am slightly worried about people saying there’s have malfunctioned but will just have to wait and see and keep my fingers crossed although I won’t be able to wear it as much as I wanted to as I can’t get a jumper under it! I will update once I’ve had it longer.

Update : finally after more than 2 months my gilet has arrived though no notification from vendor. I am pleased with product though it is medium but is on the small side. Still would not order with them again but at least I got my gilet.

I contacted them again after a further 2 weeks but no reply.I wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering. After Christmas I will look at what I can do via a legal route to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Promoted site via Google, which looks to be UK based but returns have to go to China.
Terrible customer service.

This is not a real company it is a criminal organisation committing fraud. Do not use. I have lost my money and have no hope of ever getting it back. This also highlights how google continue to let these types of crimes go unpunished as they still appear as one of the top companies on their search engine for these products

Paid 80 pounds for my mum’s Christmas present is yet to turn up I ordered 2 weeks ago and it’s now Monday and still not here I tried to ring and the phone was instantly cut off I’ve also discovered it’s not a uk based company and is instead based in china very disappointed!!!!

Do not order from this company! Total scam! No confirmation email of order received after my money was taken. Automated emails which make no sense and a phone number that doesn’t work. Need reporting to rogue traders. Director registered on Companies House a 23yr old Afghan man.

If I coukd give this fraudulent company NO stars, I would. Ordered a dogface dog jacket, of which they took payment for straight away, on the 21st November, I've had nothing, keep getting fobbed off by clearly an automated response, now I get an email saying due to the fact this item has a battery, I mean battery in a dog coat, the delivery will be longer and has changed from royal mail to evri. SCAM ALERT... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE... THEY HAVE NO SHAME

Tried to cancel order straight away.
They proceeded to fob me off and say they sent.
Now they are saying I need to wait for order to arrive which has been over 2 weeks now.
I think I've been scammed will raise a dispute with my card

Sadly the negative reviews appear to be correct (perhaps the few positive ones are fakes). I ordered an item in good time for Christmas - nothing has arrived and the phone numbers for the company (landline and mobile) appear to have been disconnected, yet the site is still taking orders. Fraud dispute raised.

Awful company - order not recieved and when asked for refund got fobbed off with another delivery date. I then got copied into 9 other people's e-mail replies from the company with exactly the same fob off and am now also getting the customers response e-mails. It seems we are all chasing our orders and asking for refunds and getting fobbed off with the same bog standard reply. Do not buy from this company. Ordered a heated gilet which worked once and then second time I tried to use it the battery and usb got so hot it melted the plastic on the end of the wire that attaches to the battery. I actually burnt myself trying to unplug it. Looking through the trustpilot reviews I’m not the only one to have this issue.
They will also do anything not to refund. Not sure anyone ever gets a refund from them to be honest. Will have to cut my losses but wanted to write this review so others don’t end up out of pocket

Dreadful. This is a cheap and nasty Chinese company masquerading as a UK one. The products are not as described (I paid £28 for a silk eyemask, got one that was nothing like described and worth maybe a quid). You can have a refund in theory but have to pay for returns - to China! Not their supposedly London address. They offer you a discount to keep the item (I chucked mine out, it wasn’t even fit for a charity shop) and I concluded I might as well have a few pounds back rather than paying postage, and have them then saying they hadn’t received it (another of their wheezes, I see from other reviews!). Avoid. Quite how one can avoid companies that purport to be Uk based, giving UK addresses, I do not know. This is the second time I’ve fallen for such a company, I guess A1 or Chat GPT is so good they can easily make themselves sound genuine.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the team I basically budged my order up. I put the wrong postcode and they sorted this out fast and efficient and I would say the pet odour is absolutely amazing and definitely worth the price.

I only saw the reviews are placing my order, so was a bit worried. However the solar animal repeller arrived on time.
It works, but the operating instructions are confusing and the squirrels don't seem too worried about it. Time will tell.
