I bought a pair of heated gloves for my wife. They simply don't work. They are a total waste of money!

Like many reviewers I thought this was a UK based company. The 3 in 2 charger does not work. I went to the expense of buying the quick charge plug recommended and it still doesn’t work. I received an email saying they would send a replacement but when I asked when I would receive it I cannot get a response. It’s obvious my responses are coming from a non English speaking person. I to feel like I have been scammed. Do not use this company it’s is not a UK company. This was a Christmas present for my husband so very disappointed.

Scammers do not use! Ordered a sentimental gift on 11th December never arrived. Says shipped on 12th December and from China when it states its a UK based company. Emailed to complain and maybe by coincidence started to get scam messages to my Watsapp from a Chinese profile. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I'd of seen these reviews before I ordered. I also thought it was an English company and I'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive which was ordered in December for a Christmas present. I've sent numerous emails etc... no reply to any. It's quite a sentimental gift so I'll be really upset IF it does arrive and it's tatt.

This company sent me a damaged product and have since refused to refund me unless I pay to send it back to China. I would not have ordered it had I realised it was a China-based company, the website suggests it is in the UK. Their emails have been singularly unhelpful, refusing to do anything unless I return the faulty item to them. Judging by the comments below, I'd then be even more out of pocket. Avoid them at all costs.

Firstly, there is no mention that goods arrive from China, or need to be returned to China. Secondly, this company are crooks. They do everything possible not to refund money. I returned a dog coat that was too small. Sent tracked Royal Mail (£14). Tracking tells me there was no-one in to receive the goods. They do not reply to email and when they do, are rude. Would never use this company again. I am now trying to get a refund through AMEX instead.

Appalling experience with company. Substandard fleece which as a large adult did not fit a 10 year old. Missed all postal dates, referred to me a dear suggested I wish to steal item and refused to recall and refund. Refuse free postage despite stating it was free to return in online chat... Told me several times to do what I'm told and go away they were tired.... Such poor service. Dreadful product and when I suggest I write a review similar to many they had already they said people lie and competitors lie. All conversations in chat and email are in broken English and at times they where threatening. Told me to do what you like dear we will not lose.... Dreadful experience do not use them in the end item arrived late. Now having to chase the cost of postage despite company saying it free today.... Happy to supply screen shots of wording and customer service given by company. When you which to return it you have to state why to receive the return address. They refuse to give you a free postal address... They tell u sorry not you for free postage... Dishonest, rude, and so poor with customers. I give zero stars if I could and attach images of online chat if possible. Company not based in Covent garden as suggested.... DREADFUL.

I ordered a dog coat, after a ten days delay it arrived from China - their website indicates that they have a London base, in Covent Garden no less!

Within two wears of the coat it started to disintegrate - I complained, and was offered a 33% discount if I kept the item; I declined. I was then offered a 50% discount for the rubbish item if I kept it! I declined again and said that I wanted a refund.

I was then asked to send it back to China, which again I refused to do. I said I would return the item to their London office, at which point I was advised that if I did that, they wouldn't refund my postage.

I returned the item to London by Royal Mail Signed For, which is just as well, as when I chased my refund today, they insisted of proof of postage and delivery!

I've now had an email which indicates that a refund of my purchase has been processed, but my claim for postage has been ignored.

If you want to buy substandard goods and then spend half your life emailing them to correct the situation - this is the firm for you!

Alternatively you could simply buy British from a UK based supplier and avoid all this grief.

Avoid this business at all costs!! Ordered an £80 dog ramp on 5th November, it was confirmed it would be delivered between 3-5 days. It is currently 16 days later and despite numerous emails, I have heard nothing back. Very likely to never arrive. Give me a refund immediately, it is not fair to keep my money when you are not providing a product!!

I purchased a bag. It is smaller than what I was led to belive. Like all the other complaints wanted to return an item only to be told to post it to China even though I thought I was buying from a UK Company. Was offered 33% refund and to keep the product. Not happy. Was going to be a Christmas present. £50 wasted

They are absolutely scammers. All of their products are from Ali Express! I order a backpack from them but I returned it to them but they never refunded me. It has been 4 months now.
Avoid them. What ever you like in their website go find it on Ali Express.

I ordered a product, paid for express delivery and it took 2 weeks to arrive. The product information did not make it clear that it was being shipped from China. The product does not do what it says on the box and I am extremely disappointed as I still have not solved the issue of a scratch on my car.

Just received my topump bought the tps300 as shown on there web site received the tsp200 not as web site been conned thought I was buying from an English based firm got a cheeped model and don’t know if it’s a cheep copy

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID this company. Sally's review from 5 September is identical to what has just happened to me. Shoddy goods, they will not communicate, just say post it to China. Its a dog car seat, it will cost a fortune to send and it was not cheap, I saved for ages for this. It's like something from the pound shop. More importantly, they pretend to be UK based even told me so, but they are in China 100%. Their contact number and email address are invalid. Their support page is invalid. I am so cross with myself for not reading reviews. They really should be stopped.

Do NOT buy from this company. They are based in China with no UK presence. Their email address does not work and they are very difficult to get hold of. I received faulty goods and was offered 33% refund or pay for it to be returned to China at my cost !

Absolutely appalling. Scam company. Had to email/message many times to get my refund and also pay for a tracked delivery back to china, which I did because of their poor responses. Would rather pay extra at the risk of losing more money than accept their pathetic 33% offer.

Item arrived quite quickly but broke within 2 weeks of using it.
Have spent the last 3 weeks trying to speak to someone via email and online chat and nothing has been resolved.
