Just had our company Xmas meal at the Nightingale Pub, Worcester. Great food, welcoming and lovely staff. The set price was good value with lots of choices and options.
Even though they were incredibly busy, the waitress and waiters did their jobs with a smile and no sign of the stress such a busy restaurant must have been putting them under.

Me and my partner (now fiancé I'm pleased to say!) visited Claire at Nightingale a couple of months back now. We had wanted to look at rings together to see what options looked best.

I called Claire to book the appointment a week prior and she was very helpful from the first minute, describing the process and taking all of my information on board. I had wanted to keep the prices secret and this was no issue for her and there was no mention of finances in our appointment either. Throughout the appointment Claire was just as lovely, talking us through all of the options on offer with a real enthusiasm and interest in what we were asking / saying. (Also a quick shoutout to the two dogs who were in the office that day and made our day even better!) Later that day some options were shared with me via email which were similar to the ones we had both liked during the appointment, along with prices clearly marked out for each.

We then had a few emails back and forth where I asked about different stone sizes / clarities / cuts etc. and Claire was patient and committed to finding the right option for us. Within a couple of weeks I'd placed the order and a month later the ring was delivered. The ring itself was more than we'd even imagined after trying so many on that day and my fiancé is still over the moon with everything about it.

In summary, I simply can't recommend Nightingale enough to anyone and Claire was a true hero in getting us the ring my partner has dreamed of. I will mention too that we had another appintment later that day in York and it was a completely different experience with pushy sales tactics and faked enthusiasm. It was in complete contrast to the personal and friendly approach at Nightingale.

From the start to finish, Claire was phenomenal! John who removed the tanzanite, did it perfectly 🤩 the whole process was clear and precise and bespoke! I have a true heirloom engagement ring, exactly how I envisioned it! And Claire brought it to life! So unbelievably happy and thankful for the most precious ring! We are coming back so we can get our wedding bands done too. Thank you ❤️

Claire was absolutely wonderful from start to end! She made the whole experience, which I initially found daunting, super relaxed and comfortable and offered great advise with everything. Even sorted out some matching earrings!
Claire kept me updated with the progress every step of the way.
Plus, the two super cute dogs at the studio were an added delight. Highly recommend to everyone - we can’t wait to design our wedding bands with nightingale!!!

Fantastic experience at Nightingale purchasing my partner’s engagement ring. Claire was so helpful and friendly, and turned what seemed to be a stressful process, in to a relaxed, accessible, and easy process. The choice of rings and customisation was brilliant, and throughout the process I was kept informed with clear and up to date communication. We are both over the moon with the engagement ring, it is amazing! I would highly recommend Nightingale and will be returning to purchase our wedding bands with them.

Claire recently restored my Grandmothers rings for me, alongside a custom birthstone ring as a birthday treat for myself. The service was immaculate!!! So much care & consideration, no detail was too much, all whilst making me feel comfortable & welcome. The rings have come back absolutely perfect! And my new ring looks stunning next to them too. I could not recommend Claire & Team Nightingale more!!

Claire was absolutely wonderful throughout the time I spent buying an engagement ring. There's a lovely atmosphere in the shop, very welcoming and relaxed, and Claire put me at ease, explaining the whole process, from choosing a design through to collection. The design itself was perfect, my partner loved it and all her friends have said I made a good choice! I'd recommend Nightingale to anyone.

Amazing customer service and beautiful engagement ring and wedding bands. Claire goes through all the design and stone options and takes careful measurements. All three rings fit perfectly!

Brilliant customer service and a fast turn around for my sisters birthday. Nightingale were able to take two rings, reshape and remodel them. The rings were of great sentimental value as they had been made from my mum's wedding and engagement rings. I felt I could trust Nightingale to do a great job and they did!

Claire is amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my ring. I can not recommend Nightingale highly enough if you are looking to buy an ethically sourced ring from a company whose values shine through.

We like our rings but the customer service was poor and it was stressful to get the right rings.

Service was faultless from beginning to end, selecting the design to securing the diamond to getting the ring. Communication was excellent and even got the ring before the expected date, very friendly but professional. The end product is stunning and top quality.
